"The Service Guy who immediately came out and tried to help me was very nice and accommodating. He let me keep my old car parked inside, in the warmth, while he helpfully escorted me inside to find Jeremy because I needed my car officially appraised, and I mentioned how I had been e-mailing back and forth with Jeremy recently. As always, Jeremy was an absolute rockstar! Nick was awesome too! All things considered, I went in to, hopefully, get the software for my radio updated so that I could finally stream music again. Much to my chagrin, it was not updatable. I did not want to pay $1,500 to replace it on an eight-year-old car, which I drove for over seven years and put close to 120,000 miles on. So, before I knew it, my Mazda 6 was getting appraised, and Jeremy and I were swiftly crunching numbers. The entire process ran like an extremely well-oiled machine. All things considered, it was a phenomenal experience all the way around! And, I did, in fact, leave with a functioning radio... in my brand new beautiful 2024 CX-5 with the best color Mazda paint currently has available and hot pink accent stitching on my black leather seats! (Yes, I know it is actually red. Jeremy did his best to correct me, but I still see hot pink and that was how I knew that it was the perfect vehicle for me!) All in all, it was an absolute win! I was able to stream music on my way home, and I upgraded to yet another Mazda. This is the fourth new Mazda vehicle I have purchased in my lifetime. Every time, I am amazed that not everyone wants to drive Mazda exclusively. Hands down, I always love my Mazdas, and I cannot imagine ever driving anything else. When it comes time for a new Mazda or a second one when my son gets old enough to drive, I will definitely be back! I hope Jeremy and Nick and the entire amazing team are all there to help me purchase my next car too! I liked everything about my experience. I missed Lunch, so thank you for the three granola bars I ate while I minimally waited for my financing to be secured and thank you also for the two cans of complimentary Coke. I cannot wait to be back for my free oil changes. Everything was phenomenal! Trust me, I would love to tell you if it was not. My previous experiences made me vow to never return to Ramsey. Luckily, Jeremy convinced me to come in and get my old car appraised and reassured me that the new Service Team is truly wonderful these days. The Service Team hit it out of the park! It was such a 10x better experience than anything I had ever experienced before. Ramsey has completely redeemed themselves in my heart, and I cannot wait to send all my friends and family out to get their own new Mazdas! Keep doing what you are doing! The entire experience truly was phenomenal. I had low expectations going in, and my actual experience was exponentially better than any best case scenario I could have possibly envisioned prior. Eleven out of ten stars!!!! Thank You! I love the improved Ramsey! Keep up the absolute greatness, and retain those phenomenal employees! I am genuinely grateful for my most recent car purchasing experience. The new Ramsey rocks!

Service is overwhelmed with customer demand. I just tried to make an appointment for an urgent need and the service team would not squeeze me in. They advised a 5 week wait was required. I could unerstand a few days, even a week, but 5 weeks?! Ramsey/Lithia needs to get a handle on customer service. Made arrangements at Westside Auto Pros who scheduled me for the very next day.

This was the best experience of my LIFE. BEST. DAY. EVER. From the moment i walked in, and saw Taylors beautiful face i was put to ease.. Like a soft,supple,nice and cold pillow after a LONNGGG day. I waltzed right on into the dealership with my husband, and he immediately filed for divorce,leaving me for a brand new 2023 soul red cx5. And i have to say i cant blame him.. I too fell inlove with taylors GORGEOUS face. I mean you wont believe it. Unfortunately, i couldnt buy a car. My great step aunts best friends grandma is suffering with anemia and crabs. Shes also been using our bank account to pay for this. We are completley broke now but taylor davis shortell made it extremely worth it i guess. 10/10.

Fantastic overall and an amazing bunch of people. I had my second outback collected yesterday and had the "VIP" unveiling of my brand new car with all the sales team thanking me for my patronage. I am specifically speaking to the Service department: I had to have my car towed in and I was unsure of what was wrong. Without looking at it or checking anything out Corey told me that he knew what it was and it would be 8,000.00 to repair and told me it wouldn't be worth repairing. Then when I kept trying to follow up he wouldn't return my calls and kept telling the salesman that he was trying to get ahold of me- never a call. When I did go in again to talk to him he would never give me a direct answer as to what was wrong and then bumped the quote up to 10,000.00. Still never having anyone look at it. I finally got discouraged and basically sold it for a third of what it was worth. Only to find out by the gentleman that took the chance and purchased it that it wasn't close to what Mazda told me it was and only cost 1,400.00 to repair. I have purchased 5 Mazda's from this dealership and would have purchased another one, but the shadiness of Corey and the service department has made me move on to Toyota. It is sad because you have to trust those that know about cars to be honest and this service department isn't honest!

Rufad was great to work with, he was fair and patient with me. When I thought he wouldn’t be able to get to a price I was comfortable with, he did. Nick in finance was also great, he answered all my questions and explained things in a way that even my numbers stupid brain could understand. I’ve always had my dad go with me to buy a car. I was nervous to go alone since he has passed, but everyone made the process so easy. Thank you!

Highly recommend. I just purchased a 2021 CX5 a week ago and I love it! Jeremy Medeiros was so wonderful and helpful. This is our third Mazda we've bought from him and we continue to be delighted!

I wouldn’t recommend buying a car here, service is horrible. Service department doesn’t follow up on when your car is in the shop and don’t return calls.

Rufad was great to work with! I waited almost a month for a 2019 Mazda Cx-5 and Rufad kept in touch with any questions I had. I caved and went for the 2020 and he was there to help with any questions and made the buying process easy for us! We never felt pressured and everything was up front. We will definitely buy from here again! Great customer service from the used & the new side!
