Took my 16 month old in for his first haircut, he had an awful time (doesn’t like being touched) lady who did his hair was amazing and super patient with him. She was so kind and spoke so softly to my son, showed him how it all worked let him touch the clippers. Will only take him here.

The lady who gave my son his fist hair cut was so amazing, kind, and patient. While my toddler was SCREAMING and trying to launch out of the seat she kept reassuring him and taking the time to calm him. She even pulled out her own phone to help calm him down. Matched the image I gave her perfectly even with a squirming toddler. Will definitely be going back. Not badly priced either (I'm looking at you shear madness). Gave me a little keepsake as well!

My son has sensory issues and doesn't do well with hair cuts. We came here in early 2023 and have gone here the past 4 times without any tears or meltdowns. They are very patient with him and do an excellent job!

Great place for toddler haircuts. Our stylist was patient and understanding when the little got upset. Will be coming back here every time.

I asked for my son's hair not be cut short. His hair was past his shoulders. And suddenly, 4 inches were cut off the top of his head. I reiterated several times that we didn't want it short. Just a little off the shoulders. But it's just hair, the point is moot.

My wife called to make an appointment and stated that she had a hard time understanding the individual answering the phones. She was then hung up on. When she called back, they repeatedly did not answer.

I used to go to Shear Madness because it was close to my house, but after trying several of their "hairstylists" and not having good luck because they either where rude to my kiddo and/or won't do the hairstyle I asked to do to him, I decided to try these guys. The place is not as fancy as SM, but they do whatever haircut I ask them, and they are REALLY fast, which is REALLY convenient when you have a kid that won't stay still, and that hates to get his haircut done!

Very rude! I called to verify my sons scheduled appointment and I assume the lady didn't understand my original question so she hung up on me. I thought that maybe we lost connection so I called again just for it to be answered by a very rude "What!" Right before she hung up on me again.... needless to say we will not be showing up for the appointment.

Walked in for a first haircut after a mess up by Shear Madness. Had to wait about 10 minutes, but they got us in. Reasonable price, beautiful haircut for my four year old, and a certificate/hair in a baggie. Great service and hair cut! Thank you so much!

We were a walk in. We got help right away. Juanita was very patient with me squirmy 4yr old. My toddler wanted blue hair and I didn't want to bleach it. So Juanita did her best to make it as blue as she could.

My husband took our toddler here because it was the nearest place open after work I guess. Here is a comparison of what he asked for and what the cut was that was given. The cut is very uneven and does not look like the photo requested at all.
