I used to love this place, but then they put these long hoses that bang on the back of your heels while you're trying to wash your car.

I’ve spent over six months dealing with a refund on a service package, $800, that I didn’t use. I was told it could be used at Lexus. When I broke down they could do nothing and I ended up trading the car in.

Worst customer service I have ever come across and the worst part they don't give a flying leap about it. 4 1/2 hours for an oil change when you are the first vehicle in the door. Not a bad day..it's their norm.
