I come here for tennis ? and yoga ?♂️
I love the cardio tennis and league. Upstairs has a lot of really cool machines that are very easy to use and understand for beginners, like me.

Every Life Time is 5 stars if I’m being honest. It’s worth the monthly membership fee. Yet to find even a 4 star club.

I was at the pool yesterday with my three children. I have a six-year-old, a four-year-old and a 1 year old. I am a mother who closely watches my children and make sure I have my eyes on them at all times.
As I’m breast-feeding, my one year old on a chair where I can clearly see my children and leap to be by their side if needed, I was asked to get up and get in the water. They told me it was a new rule. I said, I am watching my children and they are close by, I’m breast-feeding right now. The lifeguard said well can you at least sit on the edge and put your feet in the water?
My baby was being splashed and kids were trying to see what I was doing with my baby. Not ideal!!
This is a bit out of hand, and as I realize some parents may be a bit more relaxed with watching their children, there needs to be a little respect towards parents bringing more than one child.
I also can keep a much better eye on my three children from a higher vantage point. Kind of like a lifeguard. When I’m in the water and my six-year-old, who can swim quite well, swims off a little bit it’s harder for me to see unless I’m standing on the edge.
Please consider changing some of these ridiculous rules to make it easier on us mothers who have more than one child. I personally do not think that this type of role is safe in this circumstance

I joined the club in 2021 with my domestic partner and have not had any issues until I tried to start my own account. The membership associate told me that my new account would be based off of my join date in 2021. However, the General Manager later decided to deny this request. When asked for clarification, I was told that too many members take advantage of having shared addresses or falsified their relationship status when trying to change their account type. The most concerning part of this interaction was when the GM told me that only married/divorced couples are eligible to maintain their rates based on join date and that all other members would need to join at the current days’ rate. This seems to be pretty clear discrimination based on a marital status of a member. I was very off put by this interaction and condescending tone that the GM used when trying to explain this. I called the corporate office to file a complaint and have not received any resolution or follow up to this. Great gym, terrible leadership.

Great fitness club!!
Though on the pricey side, if you make use of the classes and kids club it's a great value. If you're just lifting or doing cardio, other area facilities do the job for much less.
But Lifetime is super clean, friendly, and quality, knowledgeable staff. Maintenance well done on equipment. Great group fitness programs and instructors!! Especially Lisa K, Shane, Ashley, Tori, Jessica, Ellyn, Tammie, Lori, I'm sure I'm missing many they are all great!!!

Stopped by, excited to tour the place, but was told we were past hours for tours and needed to set up an appointment with a sales representative. Additionally, access to the restroom was denied because it was for members only. Interestingly, they offered us a day pass at 8 pm for $40 to tour the place and use the facilities. Despite this, they smiled, saying they’d love to have us as members and asked if we could set up a time to meet with a sales rep. This presented an interesting case of cognitive dissonance: eager to have us join, yet the policies in place hardly seemed welcoming.

This review is only based off my experience with a personal trainer. His name is Myles R. He’s passionate about his role in his client’s goals. I’d recommend him.

Been a member here since before covid outbreak. It's a very clean gym and for the most part run very well. However in the past 18 months they have increased monthly memberships 3-4 times without communicating it to members. There have been very few or meaningful upgrades that come with the rate increase as well. If you're a single person just wanting a place to workout go check out the Y, genesis, anytime or crunch (when it opens). All of these have a better variety of equipment and won't cost over $150 a month.

If you have children, then this is the best gym to go to. They have an amazing child care facility and staff. They have many fun classes your children can join. They take care of your children so you can focus on yourself and your workouts. We are sad to leave such a fun, welcoming facility for the whole family!
