Worst car wash ever. Took our SUV and truck both through there a couple days apart. BOTH.....have dirt and dust still all over them. This place is horrible.

Left the car sparkling clean. It also has vacuums and fragrance if you're so inclined.

Pretty good spot for a quick laserwash. Gets just about most of the dort off your car. Doesnt get everything though

I paid $11 for the Platinum wash on the 4th wash at Urbandale. It sprayed one side of my car with soap and then said it was done! Phone number for the place on their sign is disconnected. Huge scam and waste of money. Don’t go here!

Paid for a wash and bay door wouldn't open. Tried multiple times with no success. Have left multiple voicemails with no returned calls. Poor customer service. 40 other places to get a good wash in Des Moines area. Don't go to this car wash!!!Service: Auto detailing

Used the Meredith location (which isn't even listed on Google???) And paid for the highest package. Not only was my car not even clean, it took off some of my paint at the edge of my hood. Absolutely will not go back, and will be trying to find a contact at the wash to assist with damages.
