7/14 at 9:45 am. I called this Kwik Star and a lady picked up asking how she could help me. I kindly told her my request, she asked me to repeat it, and I did. I asked what the price was on a specific item and when I asked she LOUDLY sighed into the phone, told me the price of the item, and then completely hung up on me without saying another word. I had another question and was also being super kind and used my manners, unlike her. This experience makes me not trust or feel comfortable to call or go here.

We were enjoying our day today and we stopped by the kwik star to buy food. We walked in, the lady didn’t say hi (red hair with side bang). She kept staring at us, I understood that she had to keep track of what the customers doing, however; she literally gave us a stare as if we were robbers. It literally ruined my day. She didn’t mention anything rude, the way she acted is showing racism to us.

I have such a bad experience at this store. It was a lady with a side bang with red hair. She didn’t say hi to us and even staring at us to whereas we went. She didn’t say mean things or rude things( which I am glad because I don’t want to hear those things) , but the way she acted was being racist towards us.

I got a very bad experience about customer service at this place. A 40-50yrs old red hair looking cashier when I come in didn't greet, got a mad stare at but that not a big deal I’m fine with that but when I fill my drink I just got a stare at the whole time I’m there like I’m a shoplifter or something.
Then she talking with the other employee as well, young guy curly hair and tattoo both arm and they all stare at me while I’m waiting for check out.

We went in the 06/02/2024 around 10pm. We walked in, the cashier lady with a side bang and deep red hair color was keeping stare at us. It made us so uncomfortable when walked in a store and was looking by someone as if we are about to steal or doing something bad. When we paid at the register, she seems like she didn’t want to welcome us and don’t even say hi. Aren’t being nice and welcoming customers are supposed to be the skills you need when working as a customer service representative? If possible, I would give this place a 0 star. Even she didn’t show out, but we can tell that she was being racist to us.

The customer service was terrible. We walked in and looked for the things we want to buy and the cashier lady( side bang with deep red hair color, I don’t really know her name) kept looking at us, acting like we are about to steal something. When we at the register, she don’t even say hi, doesn’t seem to welcome us. Even she doesn’t show out, but she was literally being racist to us.

My dad and I came into this location February 27th around 7:30pm, there was a younger kid working, shaggy brown hair. I am not sure of his name.He made a misogynistic comment to my dad about “not listening to women” referring to something I had said to my father. Nothing regarding him at all for one, for two that is a disgusting comment to make ESPECIALLY while on the clock. Such a poor representation of the company in my opinion.

The best gas station I've seen and the fuel is at a good price and clean and the food is there and the coffee is delicious - it would be 6* I would give it 6*Good roads and proper gas stations to everyone ???

Your overnight crew at this store is solid. I come here every night at 3 am on my break and every single person that works here is always friendly and on top of their game. When I'm not working I go to the Kwik Star in Waukee and it's a night and day difference, because I dread going there. I wish Waukee wasn't so far because I'd almost drive out of the way to get the service I get here.
