men showed up on time. they padded and wrapped all the furniture. tore down and set up all the beds. they were all very efficient and friendly. on a scale of 1 to 10. I would give them a 10. the price was great. I if you're moving check with Kirby, you won't be disappointed.

Do Not use Kirby’s Moving company……they overcharged us…owner knew how many items we had having come to our places and he saw everything. It was $2,000 more than estimate. I agree with Kelly Jo Parker’s comments….I am telling everyone I know NOT to use them.

Kirby’s Moving Company was outstanding to work with! They were quick to respond with a quote and were very thorough to get me a detailed estimate. The day of the move they were quick and very friendly! They took very good care of my furniture and made sure everything got set up correctly! Will definitely use them again for future moves!

We had a great experience with Kirby’s Moving Co. They moved our furnishings from the Des Moines area to Iowa City. The two men were fast and efficient. Among other things, they moved several fragile antique pieces for us and everything made it without any breakage or damage. I thought the charges were reasonable for the amount of work those guys did in cold, inclement weather. I would definitely recommend Kirby’s and will hire them again when needed.
