We worked with Jared Nicholaisen and we couldn’t have been happier. As first-time home buyers, we had many questions and we wanted to be prudent in who we worked with. Jared listened to our concerns, calmly walked us through different parts of the process, and itemized the different numbers associated with our purchase.
I think the part we appreciated most about Jared is that he worked to provide estimates on the high side — so when the actual numbers were available, they were often lower than what we had budgeted. That brought us a lot of peace of mind.
