Every time I go to this has station the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Somehow yesterday I prepaid for gas and it stopped (not full) but I didn't notice until later I did not have the amount of gas I paid for. Well luckily I went back today and Judy (the same cashier from yesterday) was there and remembered me and they had my cash saved for me. I just thought this was amazing of them and Judy was just so great!

Very clean and well stocked with plenty of great choices to choose from. My first time in a Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh. Love the concept!

No hot foods before 11 AM! Full hot case with employees standing around laughing at 10:50 but they can’t serve you until 11. Very rude employees. I miss the days when Hy-Vee was about customer service.

Watch out customers. Hyvee automatically rounded up my grocery bill without asking if I wanted to make a donation. This is an unethical business practice to reduce their tax liability at the end of the year. After noticing the extra charge I was told they could not remove the charge from my bill. My extra charge is probably one of thousands Hyvee takes in each day. Shame on you Hyvee.

I've taken one of the nastiest dumps in my life here. the worst part was at the time I was only 3 blocks from my house but when Chipotle makes bodily decisions for you there isn't much you can do!

I’m sad to say the last few months have been nothing but one bad experience after another. The final straw was last Friday when I waited in my car for an online pickup for 50 minutes with my two toddlers. No one even asked for our name until after 35 minutes had passed. Then at the 50 minute mark we were told our order was lost and it would get door dashed to us. It finally showed up at 9:45 that night. We’ve had 5 bad experiences with aisles online in a row. Either they have given us the wrong order or lost our order and then have to door dash it to us which takes forever.

Always A+ service. Just received some dented cans on pickup order. Notified the manager - He puts his name & email right on the receipt. Got back to me within a couple hours and addressed any issues. Just awesome. Normally, we have no issues, but I appluade the way customer concerns are handled when they do arise. Thanks to HyVee & the responsive management!

Excellent pharmacy. The people who work there go above and beyond to help you. They are great people. I have been a customer for years. The only but is that they are a really popular pharmacy and are really busy; but that's not their fault. You can see they work as hard and as fast as they can, and I commend them about their patience.
