Mike was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with a storage unit. He even thought ahead for easy expansion if needed. Also helped me set up gate opening on my phone. Great clean location, great customer service. A+

Micheal the GM was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire sign up process. He even helped me back in my trailer to my unit on the first day. Great location and even better management!

After an eventful move from California to Iowa to a house that turned out to be unlivable, my stress level was off the charts. I was blessed to find CubeSmart, where Stacey was unbelievably helpful and turned my nightmare into an "ok I can handle this" situation. The units are clean, safe and the staff is wonderful. I am forever grateful!

They raised prices when they changed over to CubeSmart. Then again raised prices, not even within a year. I called them last month and told them to remove my card from automatic payment, as I will be out by the end of the month. They did not do as I requested and I cleared my storage unit out. I received an email stating my card has been charged for this month, for a unit I am not even using. Bad business in my eyes and they certainly don't abide by customer's requests, when it comes to their credit or debit cards being or not being on automatic pay.
