I’m a truck driver I went in for a haircut and the lady that did it screwed it up. I asked for high and tight fade skin on sides and back and 2 on the top. She did a skin on side and 1 on top and didn’t even blend it in and looks horrible. I will not be back here EVER

Went in to get my dead ends trimmed... I specifically went to this location because they had the highest ratings but apparently that was a mistake. When I got to the chair, the lady was not very friendly at all and exchanged minimal words. She asked how much I wanted off which was typical, I told her my expectations and how I wasn't looking to get a full cut but rather just a dust off the edges. She stared at me with the most blank face and repeated herself, "so... how much do you want off then..." At that point I was confused so I just said 1 inch. She took the comb, measured 1 inch and then held it in my face with an annoyed look and said "THAT is 1 inch..." Again, I was confused on her reaction so I asked "is 2 inches good then?" She measured 2 inches with her comb and then held it in my face without saying anything this time. I agreed to 2 inches. She began by cutting 2 inches off the very front piece of my hair, mind you, the front of my hair is MUCH shorter than the back of my hair. So if you are cutting 2 inches from the front and plan on evening it in the back, you're going to be cutting more like 4 inches off the back. Which she did. Absolutely terrible looking! No blending- just straight across. To make matters worse, both sides of my head are different lengths, she didn't even cut evenly all the way around. Very saddened by how my hair turned out and much shorter than I was planning on.

Straight up the strangest experience of my life. The person cutting my hair asked me where I worked. When I told her she then spent the entire time telling me how awful that company is and trying to give me specific examples of how terrible they are. It went on for like 20 mins of this woman talking horrible about my job to me. Even though everyone was uncomfortable she just kept going. I had no clue how to respond cause she was cutting my hair so I didn’t want to make her angrier then she already was and get a bad hair cut. Very very weird experience.
