“Dr. Schissel is absolutely amazing. I love seeing her and the medical staff have always been awesome. However during my last visit the manager of the front desk treated me horribly. I am disabled and had a panic attack in the office. The front desk manager talked down to me, accused me of lying about my medication, and shamed me for having a panic attack. Thankfully the nurse working and Dr. Schissel were so kind to me and stayed with me to make sure I was okay after that had happened. I love the doctors and the medical team here however the manager of the billing department was very out of line for treating me this way.”

“I have been coming to this location for several years and I have been so satisfied with my care. Brittany Blythe is a great ARNP. She is thorough, knowlegable, and really friendly. She helped me treat and cure some minor medical issues that other doctor's in town were unable to solve for years. I can also almost always get same day care when I am sick.”

“I had my first appointment with Dr. Jason Kopp DO, and it was a fantastic experience. From the beginning, I was impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment. The office is well-kept and inviting, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and patient, making me feel welcome. Despite the busy Monday schedule, they got me into my room promptly, which I appreciated. The entire staff demonstrated professionalism, and they efficiently addressed my concerns. I received two vaccinations and a pneumonia shot, as well as a flu shot, and I didn’t feel any pain thanks to their careful approach. They ensured I was comfortable during the process, including when taking my blood pressure. Dr. Koop himself was friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to address all of my concerns and conducted a thorough examination. I left the clinic feeling extremely satisfied with my visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking exceptional medical care.””
