Terrible experience. Customer service is nonexistent. I purchased a washer and dryer set and was told it may be a couple of weeks. 12 weeks later the delivery guys showed up at my house with the dryer and NO washer. This was after I specifically said I did not want the delivery until both were available. The washer was still not available with no end in sight. Best they could do was refund my money. Three month waste of time. Livid!

If you by something from them and then have a warranty issue, be prepared to get the run around on warranty work. They have a lot of excuses and little action. You will get "It's not their fault" or "I am very busy" and "this is our procedure"instead of resolving the issue. They use 3rd party service companies so each side just blames the other. In the end nothing gets done in a timely manner or fixed right the 1st time. Be prepared to waste a lot of your own time to insure they don't have to waste theirs.

We built a home and our builder recommended purchasing all of our appliances through factory direct. The high end Frigidaire refrigerator stopped cooling within a year of purchase. After two service calls and a month without a refrigerator, factory direct will not replace what is obviously a lemon refrigerator. They do not stand behind the products they sale and do not assist customers when products fail, no loaners, no replacing. Do not make the mistake we made, purchase your appliances from dealers who back their products and advocate for their customers.

We needed a dryer in a bit of a hurry. They had one in their clearance section that fit the bill perfectly when no one in the area had anything to sell us without waiting weeks. Transaction was quick and painless they made our day. We need anything else in the future, we're going here first.

We stopped in last weekend on a whim, and Matt volunteered to help us without an appointment. He showed us exactly what we were looking for, didn’t pressure us to spend more, and quickly gave us a detailed quote with prices far better than anywhere else we’ve looked. Afterwards, he took the time to reach out and update the quote once we had our kitchen layout finalized. We’ll definitely be ordering all of our appliances here later this month.
