I had a very good experience with Enterprise Car Sales. My sales rep was courteous, professional and very thorough about explaining everything about the car buying process and the details about the car I was purchasing. There was no pressure - and I truly appreciated that. I LOVE my new-to-me Hyundai Tucson.

Had a wonderful experience again with Ryan,Edon,and especially Charles Thrapp. This is my 5 th vehicle I purchased with Mr Thrapp and experience and expertise help me chose the vehicle I was interested in and he made everything a simple and easy transaction. Paul worked with me on getting my 22' Kia Forte. He was so friendly and great at conversation. I came in twice and he was great. He and the manager were very accommodating. They genuinely wanted to help me out. Not like other experiences I've had at dealerships. He explained everything very thoroughly. The car is great and seems practically brand new. Felt comfortable the entire time and can't say enough good things!

I've never liked buying a car, bcuz in the past so many dealerships have high pressures salesmen !!! I grew up with one & will usually walk away if one starts pushing, & try telling you want they think you need, not what you want & need, & afford !!!

Be careful! I have no doubt that numerous people have had positive experiences buying a vehicle here. They have a good selection and everything started out quite fine. After an initial visit I agreed to credit check as part of a potential joint transaction with one of my children who was looking at a vehicle. Upon a visit weeks later, my credit had multiple hard pulls while I had momentarily stepped into the restroom. I was not even verbally asked if this could be reprocessed, let alone providing written permission for additional hard pulls. This was severely unprofessional and I immediately let the salesman know that I would not be doing business like that. At a minimum and as a professional courtesy, any customer can expect to be informed before a hard credit pull is processed! I will not be returning to this location to purchase a vehicle due to this very unprofessional and presumptive experience. Be careful if providing approval for a credit check as this location takes that permission to extend weeks into the future and as often as they would like. Yes, my child was looking at a vehicle far outside of an affordable price range, but as the sales person, you communicate with the assisting parent and follow their guidance, not that of the overreaching child dreaming of a nice set of wheels. There is a right way and a wrong way to make a sale and close a deal. Dominique clearly chose the wrong way. Now there is no way! Could have been a whole different situation with proper professional communication.
Update: Dear Lisa S. Thank you for the response within the hour of having posted this review. You have now heard from me at the email you've provided and I, too, would love to provide you the opportunity to turn this around. I am not in the practice of writing negative reviews, but this experience necessitated it. I trust you'll realize the potential that was there for multiple purchases upon reading my follow up. A less zealous, more patient, responsible, communicative sales approach with the most basic level of common courtesy when handling customer's credit could have had such a different outcome for your business. I do commend you on a very quick response and an invitation for follow-up as that is indicative of a company concerned with upholding a positive reputation and outstanding customer service, both of which I appreciate. I look forward to hearing back from you.
