“Great experience. Dryer started overheating over the weekend. Was able to login to website Sunday evening and make an appointment for service the next day. Technician called at 10:45 the next morning to discuss symptoms and was at my house shortly after 11:00. He did some quick diagnostics to confirm it was the heating element causing the problem. He had the part he needed in his van and was able to replace it in around 30 minutes.”
“Luke did an awesome job! My iPhone 13 started to really act up and would no longer turn on or if it did it would die again in minutes. Brought it in to the Apple Store and they basically said it would be anywhere from a $100 - $500 fix but they couldn’t guarantee it would work no matter what they did. Took it to CPR for a second opinion, they charged $50 to assess it and if they couldn’t fix it they wouldn’t charge anything more. Luke fixed the phone within 24 hours and it only cost another $50! Highly recommend seeing Luke at CPR, especially if you’re looking for a second opinion!”

“I usually pop in for a key fob battery exchange, which is always quick and easy. But today I needed a replacement battery for my computer's UPS. I thought I'd selected the right one, but Mario explained the subtle difference in connector sizes and steered me to the correct one. Got home, installed it, and tested it. Still squealing. I called and Mario told me to bring the whole thing in and he'd take a look. He spent a fair amount of time on it, including trying another battery. It wasn't the battery. Before I could even ask, he instructed his co-worker to refund me for the battery. Then the co-worker asked if I wanted to look at their UPS stock. I did not know that they sold them. Saved me a trip to the office supply store and they still made a sale. Win, win. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and exceptional customer service. Thanks for going above and beyond, Mario.”
“I Had a major phone screen malfunction to the point I didn't think it was salvageable. I purchased a new phone thinking that all my info was lost due to being inoperable. I did a google search of phone repair and read a few reviews and I settled on batteries plus u break we fix on army post road because the reviews talked about a lady being pleasant and very helpful. That ladies name was destiny. I knew when I walked in the door I was in the right place. I was greeted with a how can we help you and big smile. I gave her the phone and my info and she assured me they would get it done. Two days go by and I get a call from Josh that screen was there and he was needing a couple extra parts. Again he was very pleasant to deal with and explained extra cost. Received a call today that my phone was done and works like new and all info is intact took 4 days due to having to order parts. I thought I was going to spend a lot to fix my fold 4 screen but they found that it was under warranty still and saved me money. If you have a samsung device and it needs any work done to it go here they are great.”
