I got a 40$ pedicure w/ a classic french tip. They have multiple different pedicures, all offering different things w/ different price points. My experience was absolutely AMAZING!! My nail tech was so friendly, but she was also quiet & just let me enjoy the whole process. Also, note I got right in & she was completely dedicated to me & wasn't hoping around like some places. I will DEFINITELY be returning!! :)

I had most horrible experience today at this place.My hands are all scratched up from unhealthy unhygienic and sharp point nails that technician had and performed service on me.When I got home I had to soak and disinfect my hands not to think of getting fungus or other diseases because of unhygienic nails and she was very rough and not polite at all with me and my nails and my fingers.I would never ever go there again.I myself am state board certified and know the rules and regulations and sanitation that has to be followed. There is no money that can pray our health and safety.The menager should be aware of this .

I just has the worst experience getting my acrylics done. I repeatedly asked for a stiletto shape and left with little eggs on my finger nails. In addition to the shape being completely wrong, they are vastly uneven in thickness and length. The polish doesn't even cover my entire nail. Not worth $5 let alone the $45 I paid. Really disappointed and upset with such a poor service. Especially because I will now have to completely get a new set since the length is much too short because she cut them.

I have gone here a few times and it was okay but the last time was just awful- $60 layer and this is what I ended up with. They said I could come in to get it fixed for free and I agreed to let them make it right. Once I wanted to come in I reached out via Facebook asking if I could come in the response I got was “thanks” okay?! Then the next day I go in like I asked to the previous day and they tell me they don’t have time. BAD BUSINESS!!! I’ll rather drive out to Waukee and get my nails done. I will not be back. Avoid places like this that don’t know how to keep customers happy.Service: Manicure

I have had dip and pedicures a few times here. It's a clean and friendly place. Kathy always does great job with my nails. I am sure this is the best place in DSM because I have tried several before…I don’t understand people who gave a bad reviews to this place. All employees are very friendly and professional. I would recommend making an appointment.
