Had our computer go crazy and would not connect to any browsers. After messing with it for a couple hours gave up and took it in to have them check it out. Figured I would drop it off and pick it up the next day. After explaining to them what was going on they offered to take a Quick Look at it while I was there. They hooked it up did some scans and checks. Couldn’t find any problems or virus like I thought it may have. After a bit they suggested it may be my cord back home since this computer is hard wired to the internet. They packed it up and gave it back to me no charge. I have been a loyal customer there for years. Another example of the great service I have gotten over the years along with always fair prices. If you’re in need of computer support I suggest checking them out.

I have been a customer of Dymin for decades, since they were located in Johnston, Iowa. They provide quick service at a reasonable price. Friendly staff, and great communication with the customer.

WONDERFUL SERVICE! We had a very unusual situation with a legacy database program from the 70's that we were unable to access. I swear Dymin worked day and night to help us out and get things up and running. They kept us up to date and tried various ways to help us and were successful! If you have any service needs they are definitely the ones to go to! The folks there are so responsive and patient. Definitely our go-to computer place!

Poor attention to detail and bad computer knowledge. I took my computer in to replace a broken hinge, go down a rabbit hole and need my screen and some other repairs done. Went well and some unexpected repairs came up, that I accepted. However, while being a graduate student and having online job interviews, I discovered my camera had not been reconnected during my repairs. I lost functionality from before I took my computer in to get repaired, I do not recommend Dymin.

They present themselves as professional option in town, at the price points they provide combined with the failures on service i experience i wouldnt recommend them to anyone especially a businesses.

The charging port went bad on my laptop. Took it in and they said it would be a $150 one time labor fee. Then I recieved a phone call the next day. They told me the deal had changed. Instead of a one time fee of $150 for labor now it was $150 per hour for labor....Why? Well because my laptop has windows 8 instead of windows 10. So I said no thanks and went down to pick it up. Then they informed me that I still had to pay the $150 because they had to turn the computer on and boot it up to find out it had windows 8. They could have just asked me first???? Well they got payed for doing nothing and I got ripped off. So in their parking lot I randomly called the nearest computer repair shop(literally just 10 minutes away) Schrock innovations. They said no money up front totally free estimates even if the computer can't be fixed. They said it didn't matter that it had windows 8. Totally free honest upfront business. Dont go to Dymin! I highly recommend Schrock!!!

Over the past 8 years, I have used Dymin to resolve both technical problems and malicious attacks on my PC. They always respond in a timely manner and are very meticulous about restoring backups and reloading software, etc. If you want courteous, prompt service, I highly recommend them.
