If I could give negative stars I would. My son’s laptop had an issue with the screen. Half worked and the other side was pixelated. He dropped it off to have the screen replaced. We were quoted $150 plus the cost of the part. When we found out the total cost would be $700 we said no thank you. Called Ubreakifix and they quoted $399.
Imagine my ire when I go to pick it up and they charged me $150! For what? You didn’t fix anything! For their diagnostics they said. I brought it in knowing what the issue was. I just asked to have the screen replaced.
Ubreakitifix only charged $50 for diagnostics and that comes off the actual repair. I WOULD NEVER bring anything to this place of business. And would advise you to look elsewhere! Not happy at all.

So my pc has been in and out of the place for 2 months now. I bought all brand new parts from well known places. I had them build my pc for me. I had to take my cooler back because loose wire wasn’t starting it. No problem I replaced it. Pc finished assured me everything worked and tested good told me I can recycle my retail boxes for parts. I listen to them took it home notice a problem for next few days of my games crashing and returning back to desktop. 1st time I brought it back they said they will run tests it seemed like they didn’t do all of it from what I understood so they did it and found out the motherboard was dysfunctional not picking up half my RAM. Keep in mind I no longer had the boxes to return it due to their assurance. They told me best bet right now is to buy new motherboard at their place and so I did. Took it home and within a few days bios issue pop up late at night. 2nd time returned it they did more tests and they determined that the PSU was also unstable. And they did bios setting changes. Had to buy another PSU at their shop. (At this time the stores i bought my parts from no longer wanted to take back my product I bought due to no boxes for it.) Took it back home to test it and still had bios issue still. Week later I went back. 3rd time they were taking it apart out of the pc and test benching it while changing more settings. Gave me it back and said everything is a 100% good and wanted me to test it at home. Days later still same issue. 4th time went back now they are telling me it might be a RAM issue. Had to get RAM over there told them I will no longer be spending money over there and at this point needed to fix it with their own parts for free. They agreed. Took it back home same issue. At this point it’s been 30+ days. Took it back 5th time for bios issue still. Manager is only one can touch it. Told me my warranty expired and I needed to spend $80 to refresh it. Told him no cause I have been having the exact same issue since day 1. He agreed with me. He test benched it again found no problems once he put it back in the pc case it no longer booting. So now he needs to disassemble the entire thing cause he thinks it might be a assembling issue causing the bios issue. He said if this doesn’t work I have to ship it to a microcenter…I’m past the point of patiently waiting for the fix. All these brand new parts I had to return it even some of it I couldn’t return and still having the same issue. Im not saying they don’t know what they are doing but they do not know the fix and should have told me sooner because it seems I will have to ship it to a microcenter. Wasting all this time and money just for this result. It also doesn’t help that the place is flooded with new orders for repair and seems like they don’t do their due diligence on the pc’s. I’m frustrated they can’t resolve this issue. And now I’m being pushed off at the microcenter. If this issue gets resolved I will edit to make update.

Jager is amazing!! He helped me recover my Quicken and all my data. It would have been a huge loss and years of financials and in his calm and confident way, presto... everything was back. A huge call out to Jager for being my hero. Dymin is a wonderful company! If you need something done, they are superb and very customer focused.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I tried calling 3 times in the morning. The person that answered couldn’t hear me so I had to come into the store. I was told I needed to leave my computer for someone to look at it. It has a broken screen. Called back when the estimate was ready. $450. Decided to not make the repair. Was charged $160 for them to look at it. I asked what the charge was for since they didn’t do anything. Was told it was for diagnostic plus labor. (The screen was never replaced so why am I paying for labor?) I was never told anything about it costing money for them to look at it.

Called to see if I could trade in a motherboard, I was on hold for 10 minutes. I was told to bring my motherboard into the store to functional test it for 24 to 48 hours, then i would be contacted with a quote. After I brought in the motherboard I was told that's not something they do, they only take trade-ins on fully built units. Massive waste of time coming here after working a 10 hour day. If you're looking for a pawnshop level experience you've come to the right place.

I depend on my computer to run my business. When I started having failures on my laptop, I knew I needed to upgrade to a higher-end desktop solution. They asked questions about what I needed to do on my computer and the softwareand helped me find one that was the Goldilocks of PCs, not too big and not too small. While I was waiting for my PC to be boxed up in the store, I overheard a customer at the counter troubleshooting their PC issues as that person left he said over his shoulder, "Sounds good, I appreciate working with you guys on this". I really appreciate technicians like Garrett who work with you and walk with you through the solution!

Dymin Systems is my to go to business for computer repair and support. At my last visit they sourced a battery for my older lap top and had it ready for installation in a very reasonable amount of time. The technician called and let me know I had some programs on the computer eating up my processing speed. I requested they be removed. No issue. I picked up the computer and it looks and runs like new. Great customer service at their sales counter!

Staff members were very professional and knowledgeable. Had trouble getting into my e-mail account and Kyle spent extra time problem-solving to recover it. Everything was done very promptly and I was kept informed every step along the way.I hope not to have further issues, but if I do, this is the only place I will go! Thanks for your fine service!

Repair estimate that started at $150 is now $400. And it took a week to find that out. And have to wait another week for parts to arrive. Would not recommend.
