I don't think the morning staff could get much worse they blame all there problems on the closing staff I order food it tells me 15 minutes I wait 20 minutes and the food still isn't ready and the cooks make you feel like you're an inconvenience for even expecting then.to try and do there job ordered a basic breakfast pizza and you forget toppings I don't understand it!!!!!!!

Stopped in Saturday around 11am 7-13-24 the 2 guys in the kitchen made me a large sausage breakfast pizza and it was ready within 10min and super yummy ?? good service and even better food

I am an avid fountain soda drinker and Casey’s fountain Diet Coke is my favorite. I live 2 minutes from this Casey’s location and would frequent this store daily at a minimum and often times more than once a day to purchase a fountain drink. Recently, I have made the switch to Kwik Star since Casey’s fountain machine has been out of service for well over 2 weeks! I inquired over a week ago when in the store when it would be fixed, I was told they were waiting on a part that was arriving next day. This was over a week ago so clearly not true since the machine is still out of order (I stopped in hopes it was fixed again today).. I am sure this is frustrating to many customers and I cannot comprehend how this is an acceptable timeframe to have the machine not operational. If the problem is that serious or the part is not acailable could you please just get a new machine. What are you waiting for?

Pulled into the car wash and the card processor wasn’t working. Roy (an employee) was on his way out of work and saw me struggling. He stopped what he was doing and immediately helped me resolve the issue. Roy was awesome and I appreciate him helping me even after he had clocked out.

I went to try to pump gas, tried two pumps and they didn't work. Annoying to try to get gas and there is nothing in the tanks

I stopped in the other day on my way to work to get a couple items, i was having trouble with my debit card and the cashier insisted on paying for my purchase with his own rewards points, i normally would say thanks i appreciate it,but would not haveTaken the offer, but the kid was super cool and i returned and paid him back in short order, that kind of thing goes a long way in making up for the less than favorable experiences i have had with the kitchen at the douglas store, much more so than the email i received that said nothing, so caseys execs take an example from Your better employees

On 9/15 I stopped at Casey's on 86th and Plum to purchase a few items. While I was checking out and making conversation one of the attendants pointed to a container and I looked bewildered and he said "it's bananas inside." I was confused because it was an odd remark but then realized that he was making a joke. All I can think is he did so because I am Black. This is an inappropriate comment or joke to make and I was angered and disappointed to have received that experience at the business that I frequent so much. I returned the same evening to share my anger and disappointment because I know injustice will continue when we are silent about it. On the morning of 9/16 I went to speak to the manager who was already made aware the issue. Rather than take my concern seriously he suggested the attendant was not making a racial/racist joke but saying bananas as in "crazy." I do not believe that at all. But even if I did since when is is okay to make stigmatizing and ableist jokes? While some people make think the term crazy is harmless it is rooted in the reality that people with mental health issues or diagnoses are bad people. They are unhinged and don't deserve to be in public life. Whatever reason the statement was made it was wrong and this is a business that seems to support workers who engage in such behavior. Take your business elsewhere.

Stopped there on Saturday July 29th. I got a fountain drink and was trading in some lottery scratchers. Was asked to sign the back of the scratchers by the clerk. Told him I would not sign them because I don't have too. He seemed pretty new to the job but indicated that his boss trained him that way. Just wondering what's up at this store, seems fishy to me to have a customer sign those low value tickets. Clerk said he would just write refused to sign on the receipt he attached to the tickets. I have worked for caseys for more than 15 years and most of that at store level and never once was I told that signing the back of these tickets is required. Is this a new policy or misinterpretation of something that was said to either the clerk or the manager there?
