This store really has poor service. On more than one occasion I’ve ordered a pizza, came to pick it up, and they haven’t even started it. The Kwik Star across the street is incredible. Definitely go there!

I have to drive past 7 Casey's stores in the morning to go to 100th street Urbandale as the 7 stores have little to no hot food available. If they do have food it is spotty or certain cooks working. You never know when they work. Urbandale Douglas street has gone down hill, Go to the Urbandale 100th street Casey's it has never failed. I noticed that a lot of the customers now do the same thing. Good luck Casey's.

This location recently opened and sits with a block or so of a brand new Kwik Star. As with all newer locations it's an up to date store and everything from the bathrooms to the storefront itself just kind shines. Typical Casey's as far as customer service and selection. Grab a slice. If it's fresh you won't regret it!

I tried the new brisket pizza. I should have known it sucks when the kid asked do you want it pushed back in as it exited the oven. He said the brisket tends to be soggy. He ran it through twice. When I got home I found that it was a soggy mess. The dough was so limp that you couldn't pick it up to eat it. I had to cut it into 1" squares so you pick it up with a fork. I am never getting that lousy pizza again.

I ordered a pizza that’s vegetarian with pineapple on it. Not a crowd favorite I know. I SEE AND FELT PIECES OF SAUSAGE IN MY MOUTH!! When I went to pick up the pizza the two white men in their mid to late twenties in the back were so rude to me!! The one when I was placing a order over the phone was especially rude. I would give 0 stars if I could!!!DO NOT EAT HERE!! THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY TO VEGETARIANS!!

I have been to this Casey’s 4 times since starting my new job over here and they NEVER have any food- I have gone at different time thinking that was the issue and it is not… thank god for Kwik Star!!

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was made with bbq sauce. Pepperoni pizza was NOT cooked all the way through—-crust was doughy and disgusting. Would NEVER recommend pizza from this Casey’s. So glad I spent $30 on an inedible meal.
