I love this store and the products. I come in pretty frequently but unfortunately I had stopped going to the Des Moines location because I would get followed around by an older woman with reddish brown hair. Today I was at the Urbandale location and she happened to be there and everywhere I turned she was following me or standing near me. Im pretty heavily tattooed but honestly it makes for a very uncomfortable shopping experience when Im asked if I need help 7 times in the span of 20 minutes. Please do better.

I go a pretty good distance out of my way to patronize Cambells. Have done so for years. Interesting place. However I don’t like to go there and spend 15 minutes waiting, only to get ignored. I made the mistake of pointing this out in my last review which mysteriously disappeared. The response from the owner was to chastise me for not being more patient. Then complained to me about problems of running a store. Then wished me luck with google and Amazon. What an undue burden us pesky, demanding customers are and I guess I should feel guilty for complaining. Pointing out your short coming is what reviews are for as well as pointing out your virtues. I would’ve been impressed by an apology and explanation of your inability to staff your store , which is not my problem. But to be reprimanded for complaining about a problem is to show contempt for anyone who doesn’t lick your boot!

They lost a possible customer! I walked in for the first time and was met with mask demands. Talk about UNWELCOMING. wow. I barely got 3 steps in to browse. That loses my business. I don't need to be shamed. Kind of incongruent for a health and wellness vitamin shop to be so afraid of something with such high survival rate. You guys sell vitamins that help? What the frick.

Its a nice store of you are looking for supplements. And the staff was nice when I was there.If you want food, probably try the other location. A good amount of what they have is stuff I like (like a nice ratio of vegan items), there just isn't much of it.An FYI for EBT (food stamps) customers: they don't accept EBT cards at this location either.
