Recently purchased new Silverado from here and this was by far the easiest process with any dealer I have ever talked to. Cody Shields was very easy to work with and did what he could to get me as close to my offer as they could. Stood by their word on price when a discrepancy came up and I didn't pay a dime over what I was told the price would be. Everyone there was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Highly recommend

We purchased a vehicle from Bob Brown on Merle Hay in January. There were a few things that needed addressed on the vehicle and Marc, the salesman had told us he would check on the service requests in the system and get back to us. We called probably 15 different times (on different days, spread out) to try to get an answer and resolution on a few things that needed addressed. He would either dodge our phone calls or tell us to use our warranty instead. We ended up trading the vehicle in for a different one in August. The (not Bob Brown) dealership let us know that our unused warranty would be credited back in a prorated amount for what was left. We waited the expected amount of days for the check to come, and it never did. We have now called and visited Bob Brown on Merle Hay over five times in the last two weeks attempting to get an answer as to where the check is. We've not received a single call back and if we ever get to the manager, Tim, he says he'll check on it. We call back again, and we typically get voicemail now. I do not recommend this dealership at all, as it has been nothing but a chase and a headache. Their customer service sucks.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from here, I was a first time buyer and felt a little uneasy and I cannot express how impressed I am with their exceptional service. I felt like a valued customer, and the entire process was a breeze.The first thing that stood out to me was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The curly stash man himself Connor Steen was not pushy at all and was super transparent about the whole process, which made me feel comfortable as I explored my options. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need to purchase a vehicle again.

I had taken my truck to another dealership that is in the same small community I live in, and this is the 3rd time with a bad experience there…. But it is the closest…So, I continued to ask GM what was going on, and they let me know that this dealer is not replying to them like they are supposed to.So after having my truck for over 2 weeks, (although General Motors ,and myself was told the part was on its way before I left the dealership, and should be there with in about a day, and will take one day..)My truck was returned to me with issues, feeling worse then it started... VERY DISAPPOINTING!!So…I called General Motors and they asked me to take it to Bob Brown Chevrolet. Due to the other experiences. They informed them what was going on while I stood there, and say within about 4 hours they had a diagnosis and less than 24 hours, my vehicle was returned to me, in great working condition. The staff here at Bob Brown Chevrolet are very friendly, and welcoming, especially compared to he dealership I previously visited. Not only are they friendly and inviting, but they’re very kind and courteous as they pulled my vehicle into the bay and asked me to do a walk around to make sure everything was up to par …..I would recommend Bob Brown Chevrolet for any of the future needs of ANYONE that owns a General Motors vehicle. As they will be getting my business , for years to come. I would give them a 10 out of 10 if I could their response was impeccable and professional. Especially with the email analysis they sent. I mean WAY above the other place….I will also be leaving a review on the BBB website.I will be seeing #BOBBROWNCHEVROLET for myself for sure.

I had purchased a jeep Wrangler from my salesman, Ben, back in September 2021. Unfortunately, this Jeep came up short with some ongoing issues… Ben and the Bob Brown management team consistently worked with me on helping me to pay for some of the things that went wrong shortly after my purchase. I went back to Ben in August of this year, 2023, to trade the old Jeep in and they were MAGNIFICENT and selfless in giving me above and beyond what my jeep was worth to make up for the problems I had experienced with it previously. I am now in a 2021 new Jeep-Thanks to their help graciousness. They also offer military discounts and are very proud to have current and active military, as well as veterans do business with them, which is honorable in itself… I would recommend working with Bob Brown at any time!!! Especially Ben, my salesman. He was very personable and allowed me to call him on his personal cell phone at any time with any questions that I had. He is not your typical car salesman by any means! -Nikki-

He and the staff at Bob Brown worked through my transaction smoothly and offered exceptional advice when looking over my new purchase. My issues/concerns were resolved efficiently and effectively with great communication. Great team overall!

I had the absolute best experience with Sales rep Bud Todd. I walked into the dealership not expecting much after a full day of let downs from other dealerships. Bud took the time to break out a pen and a pad to listen and notate what I was looking for. Active listening is becoming a lost art these days but Bud had it dialed in and I appreciated that. He was extremely insightful and knowledgeable. Negotiations were very fair and the process moved at the right speed.Thanks Bud and Thanks Bob Brown!

Fast, no hassle, great deal and professional. My salesman was Ben Mennen. Probably the best, easiest and hassle free car purchase I have ever made over my lifetime. All dealerships need to work this way. I found the car online. One email exchange and a couple of texts to agree on price. Showed up, test drove, (car was exactly as advertised) and paperwork complete in less than 20 mins. Friendly and professional…ask to work with “BEN” and you can’t go wrong.

Best car dealership I've set foot in. I was helped by the salesmen Connor and Budd both were an absolute pleasure to work with and very straight forward. Had a minor issue pop up a few days after getting the vehicle service was set up promptly. I highly suggest talking to either of these guys if you're looking to get into a new car!

Bob Brown set my car on fire and the service manager and General Manager are not handling the situation appropriately I am very frustrated with this process and am without my vehicle after the gave it back with still burn parts on my truck. It has not run right since I got it back from them and now they’re telling me it’s gonna take a while to get it fixed.

If you are ever in need of a Vehicle, this is the place to go! Quality vehicles, thoroughly inspected prior to being placed on the lot, and willing to stand by their work! Scott Hampe is the guy to go to! Worked with him on multiple vehicles now and is always straight forward. Definitely not your typical car Salesmen and is willing to go the extra mile for you! I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership in 2020. I have always taken it back for their very expensive oil changes, maintenance, and $1,800 on new tires. Recently, it had an issue recognizing when it was in park (a known problem by GM) and I needed to get that fixed asap. I called Bob Brown and they said they couldn't get me in for 8 days! Seriously? This is my only vehicle and I can't be without transportation that long. They offered nothing. I called Shottenkirk in Waukee and they got me in the next morning and it was fixed that afternoon. Needless to say, I will not be going to Bob Brown ever again.

By far the best truck buying experience I've had and I buy a lot of trucks. Scott Hampe was an absolute pleasure to work with, He was very honest and showed me trucks until I found the one I wanted to drive home. I was also very impressed with all the staff and how courteous and helpful they were. By far the best dealership I've ever worked with. Well worth my 3 hour drive to have this professional service. I'll be back and will recommend Bob Brown Chevy to everyone I know wanting a non pushy or stressful vehicle buying experience.

Recently purchased a Corvette here that’s had periodically recurring squeaky brakes from day 1. They’ve had fantastic service and communication throughout the repair process, especially Mike, who has kept me updated on the progress every step of the way. They also provided a loaner while the repair work was done. Best dealer I’ve ever made a purchase from, and will purchase from them again - highly recommended!
