I came across Bob Brown Chevrolet while rotting on Autotrader looking for an X5. Within a couple of hours of sending an inquiry, Jamie Scott reached out and was amazing to work with. He was able to graciously answer all my questions, from the condition of the car to sending out the paperwork. He was also very accommodating, being that I am out of state, he let my friend inspect the car on my behalf and bring the car to BMW of Des Moines for a pre-purchase inspection.
Needless to say, I purchased the car and got the vehicle shipped.
Jamie Scott made this experience very easy and stress-free. There was no pressure involved whatsoever. He was honest, upfront, kind, and understanding of all my questions, concerns, and requests.

Recently bought a car from Bob Brown Used Cars. My salesman, Ben, was great to work with. I am not one that enjoys buying/looking for cars. Ben was very helpful and not pushy. Made my experience looking and buying a car tolerable.

Was searching parking lot for a USED vehicle similar or same to my 2021 Equinox just with fewer miles. Patrick Crane introduced himself and asked how he could help. Told him what I wanted to spend for a vehicle with LOW miles and he showed me the Chevy Trax. I was very happy with my trade allowance! He was very knowledgeable and professional staying WAY past closing to accommodate my purchase! So excited to own a brand new 2025 Chevy Trax RS! Thanks Patrick!

Absolutely stunning. I've been to many dealerships and this one is by far the best one. The entire process was stress free because of the honest and friendly approach the employees offer. I've already referred all of my friends and family to this dealership. Not only was the honest and friendly approach amazing, but the vehicles they have are absolutely amazing. Such a wide variety of sedans, sport utility vehicles, and trucks! Whatever you need, it's here. Spend your money with good people worthy of receiving it. Brett Baker and Robert McGhee were awesome to work with and made this experience amazing. My vehicle was waiting for me right after I signed the papers, clean and ready to go! Very efficient and hard working people. Lastly, the dealership is right off the Interstate. Not hard to find at all. Go get your new or used vehicle! You won't be disappointed.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Bob Brown. Our salesman was Logan and John. Both individuals are top notch. Logan was patient with us. Even let us drive the car home to make sure it fit in the garage. We spent a good bit of time at the dealer that day, but we left feeling grateful for their time and working with us.
You can Buy with confidence from Bob Brown and ask for Logan. He’s outstanding, as is John the sales manager!

I have bought 3 used cars from Bob Brown Chevrolet and this last one I bought has been 10% a lemon. The experience to begin with started off wrong with the sales guy never returning our call and then sold the vehicle we were coming to look at. So we looked at another one and this one has been in the shop and now they are talking about a complete engine overhaul. My son who is 20 is not allowed a loaner and we just moved out of state ,so now he can't work while they have his vehicle and they are making NO exceptions when thy sold us the biggest POS on the lot. If I didn't get conned into spending an arm and a leg on the warranty we would be screwed. I will NEVER deal with this dealership again. The service department is treating my son like crap cause he is young, so I have to get on the phone to get any kind of answer which is basically nothing. Horrible absolutely HORRIBLE! I believe they should trade this vehicle for the same amount that I paid for it and give us something different. That is if the engine doesn't blow up before the appointment it has next week, since it loses oil and they aren't sure why it is burning oil cause it is not leaking. FRUSTRATING!

They have taken my 94 camaro without hesitation.. no shops have wanted to look at the OBD1 car but they will ! They will also program OBD1 ecu if anyone reads this and needs it !

We had the BEST experience at Bob Brown! We can’t say enough good things about Blake and Robert, they were both so amazing in the process of purchasing our new suburban! Appreciate BB Chevrolet for standing behind their vehicles and making sure we were happy with our purchase. We purchased a used vehicle late January of 24’. Turns out there was an issue with it. Service department did their due diligence but was not able to resolve the issue. I went back to the dealership in early April and explained the situation to the sales manager. After discussing a couple options they decided it was best to refund me the amount I paid for the vehicle and allow me to purchase something else off their lot. They were very helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. Will definitely be going back for our next vehicle. Thank you Jim and Dave!
