Great service at this dealership! Ira went above and beyond, keeping us posted on the status of our vehicle's build by text message and even providing the VIN number. On delivery day, he spent HOURS with us demonstrating the vehicle features. It's really an amazing vehicle with so much technology!

I had some general questions about BMW EVs and Ira spoke to me. The blue M2 was on the showroom and it snagged my attention. I came back 2 weeks later for a test drive and Ira treated me professionally, warmly, and like a friend. He answered all of my questions. I was pacing (clearly nervous about the new purchase), and another man came out of his office to assure me everything would be good. I was directed to the F&I finance manager, Skylar, and he explained the deal he was willing to make, given my conditions. It was a sweet deal on a sweet car. Skylar and I then talked the economy, interest rates, BMW competitors, etc for 15 minutes. I have never been treated like this in a dealership. This dealer clearly cares about their employees and customers, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I purchased my first BMW and was immediately not happy. Not the ride I thought and not as big as I thought. After driving many. I went back to them and told them so, and was accommodated to another vehicle. The general manager got involved and we made a deal that I was comfortable with. Dan did a great job, and they truly earned my business, thank you!

We drove to the dealership looking for a car and we saw a 2017 BMW X3. Initially my wife showed some interest, but we didn’t decide to buy it. Carson went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and explained every little detail concerning the car. He was patient and careful in answering all our questions. Carson was knowledgeable and all our interactions were transparent and professional. We felt blessed to have had the opportunity to be assisted by such a professional advisor. Called twice to talk to parts department on different days. Rolled over to operator., Tried again, rolled back. I left a voicemail. No return call.I eventually got my parts ordered to repair my brothers car. I even mentioned that I may or may not need a piece but I ordered it anyhow. It is a tailgate. They will not except the return now I am housing a $1100 tailgate at my house. I offered to pay the stated restocking fee on the invoice and they informed me there is no return on sheet metal. No where does it state there is no returns on sheet metal on the invoice.

The car buying experience from start to finish was very simple and straight forward. I've never dealt with your dealership so was hoping for an easier price negotiation/possible purchase experience but was prepared for a more typical not so easy experience. Dan Meyer hit a home run. Easy to deal with, good communicator, good guy. I'm a do my homework and know my numbers kind of buyer and had a number in my head where I felt it would be a good deal to move forward with the purchase. I might be a few minutes off, but the actual let's sit down and talk numbers through signed purchase agreement conversation took 15 minutes, which I very much appreciated. I've walked out of dealerships before with no deal because there was so much back and forth, and it felt like they were trying to get every dollar from you that they could. I've had salesmen run out to my car as I was leaving the lot, saying their manager agreed to the last offer. And I've had them call me as I was 3 miles down the road offering even a little better offer than the one they rejected 5 minutes before. I turned down those deals. I told Dan that the next time I'm in the market for a car, if I can find one on a Lithia lot, I'll reach out to him and see if he can get it into your dealership so I can potentially purchase from him again, even thought you're 100+ miles away from where I live. I plan on doing just that.

My car had a glitch and keep calling S.O.S 2 hours after driving off from Deery Brothers in Pleasant Hill.I was frustrated even more whenever I called them they wash their hands and sent me to BMW.After getting the run around from Deery Brothers, I really didnt know what to expect from a dealer that had no responsibility but the brand name.Well for my surprise Brandon Dabb was so welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.He gave me an appointment right away. I was updated of everything and if you know BMW parts arent cheap, but Brandon did everything possible to lower the cost since the previous dealer was not owning up to any responsibility even though the problem started hours after getting the car.When I went to get the car I was surprised by Brandon he went out of his way and knowing the feelings I had toward Deery Brothers they removed ALL the stickers from the car it was the best feeling ever.Thanks Brabdon for everything you did I appreciate everything and being so kind and humble!!!

2021 X5 M50 malfunctioned on the highway, went into limp mode. Kevin from service helped us diagnose/fix the issue and delivered the car to our home in cedar falls. Great job. No complaints.

We made an unplanned stop at this dealership on our road trip to Boston because we were having trouble filling fuel into our X5 tank. Jared, their service manager, took excellent care of us and brought the car back immediately for a diagnostic test. They didn’t find anything wrong with the car so he took the car out to see if he could fill the tank himself. 15 minutes later he brought it back with a full tank and freshly washed. Jared, and this dealership, really exemplify what outstanding customer service looks like and I unequivocally recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or service their BMW.

Joel has been my service advisor for a long time. That alone I like but also he is terrifically helpful and understands my and my car's needs. I also really like that the dealership works with me on price since I'm a senior on a fixed income and also a long time customer.

I highly recommend this dealership. The service provided by Calvin and Skylar was excellent. They were very responsive and professional. I did an online purchase because I'm on the East coast. The car was delivered within a few days. Even my state's license plates and registration arrived when they told me they would. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and my experience with this dealership.

Worst service I've ever experienced!!! They have had my X7 for 16weeks. They have promised my vehicle would be done 2 different months and I'm still waiting another 30 days for a part. No one returns calls from the body shop. Also, Carson has messaged me, when I responded and asked to have the general manager Tyler call me...NO RESPONSE at all to my text message. I should be in a loaner vehicle comparable to my X7, however I have been driving a Subaru Outback. Most money I've spent on a vehicle, WORST SERVICE EVERIt's now 3/25 18 weeks after I left my car to be fixed from the hail damage. There is no correspondence on the progress, or lack there of. I'm still driving the Subaru Outback, Tyler tried to call me once. I emailed him back saying he could call back at anytime. Still no response. I will NEVER purchase, lease, or recommend this dealership. My husband and I are so disappointed
