I have got to know several of the sales people at BMW of Des Moines and it’s obvious they genuinely care about all their customers. That’s hard to find with other dealerships. I would highly recommend everyone at BMW Des Moines!

Dropped in to explore options and ended up buying. Everyone who helped me here was nice and knowledgable. My sales person Ira was great showing me all the options. If you think a BMW is out of reach, think again! This investment might be worth it for you. I love driving my new car.

When going in to buy my car, was so impressed. They were all friendly and made the car buying experience great! …. Then I needed service and everything has gone downhill since. I have yet to have a good experience when taking my car in. Even for simple oil changes something always happens. The wait time is longer and they have made me reschedule on day of a few times. I’ve taken time off work to schedule an appointment. Then I get there and all sorts of problems so I have to take more time off work to bring my car back. The service is 3/10. Simple oil changes and tire rotations shouldn’t be so difficult to get in for. Wish I didn’t have my warranty to get my service done here!

I'd highly recommend speaking with GM Waye Terry and his team if you're in the market for a BMW. This dealer is Iowa nice to a T with no games, which I found refreshing.

We worked with Jeff Godwin recently to purchase an BMW X1. We love the vehicle and Jeff was great to work with. He worked with us to determine the type of vehicle we wanted, let us drive several, and just did a great job overall. Everyone at BMW of Des Moines was helpful and friendly.
