“After a bad experience at another bike shop I went to Bike world in WDM. I had a few minor but important issues that needed the attention of a knowledgeable tech. Given that shops are gearing up for Ragbrai I didn’t have much hope getting on the road any time soon. As soon as they opened I walked in the door and was met by Ben. I told Ben my story and how frustrated I was and what I was hoping to accomplish. He assured me he would address these issues and I would probably be on my way before the end of the day. Got a text four and half hours later bike was ready. I phoned and spoke with Mark who explained to me what he had done and reassured me it was all good.Have to confess, I wasn’t in the best frame of mind when I went there, didn’t expect anyone to really care about my issues, left with a bike better than new and a Tech willing to stand by his work and to “ call me if you have any problems”. The bill was a fraction of what I was expecting to pay given my previous experience at the other shop.Ben and Mark were great. People I can trust. I found my new bike shop.”

“Just for pure coincidence i driven around ,and make stop her ,to ask if i need appointment...; wow !!!, Mr. SAHMUS MacCarthy come direct to me ,very polite ,very nice ; to ask me what i need ,i'm explain my situation with my bicycle, i don't think twice to say "let me check your bicycle; when he finish ,he ask me :i can make rigth now ( that's not to much to need) give 25 or 30 minutes and i make it ; i glad answer" any time you need.....; he took 20 minutes and he bring it PERFECT,change the tube of behind wheel ,new rear breaks ,and adjust the front ; THANK YOU VERY MUCH Mr.Shamus ,you make my day !!!!;and the store have very lucky to have you in their team ; take care ; much obliged.”
