We purchased furniture for our deck, a couch and 4 swivel rockers from the St. Catherine's Collection of Telescope Furniture.Gail has been great to work with, especially when we had a small warranty issue on two of our chairs. She was very responsive and handled it immediately.We love our furniture and the way it makes our new outdoor living space so comfortable.I highly recommend Gail, Telescope Furniture and Backyard Adventures!

We all absolutely love the playset! After one phone call everything was set and I couldn’t believe how fast it was build. It was only one contractor and he had it done in 3 hours. All by himself! No mess in the yard, very professional. I would recommend this company to everyone. I originally wanted to go with cheaper retail store but I was told many misinformation and the whole process was just a nightmare so I decided to give a phone call to Backyard Adventures and I am very glad I did. It was worth every penny! And the playset is sturdy enough to hold adults as well and my daughter loves the picnic table and have to have dinners there every night since it was built :)

Bought a Goalsetter basketball hoop 9 years ago and contacted Backyard adventures for a repair and there customer service went above and beyond our expectations. Excellent customer service!

I highly recommend buying from Backyard Adventures. We bought a playset for our kids and they enjoy it as much as going to a park playground. The service is excellent, both in the purchasing experience as well as the install.

We purchased a Goalsetter basketball hoop from Backyard Adventures and had them do the install as well. The best location for it happened to be very close to a tree. Blaine had to dig new holes several times to find a spot that avoided hitting major roots - it wasn't looking good for that location. He eventually found a spot where he missed most of the roots and still worked well with the driveway/pad. Great service!

Absolutely wonderful service and very easy to work with. They worked around my child's birthday to get her hoop installed and did exactly what they said they would on the days they said they'd be at my house. Highly recommend- worth every penny for them to install.

Blaine at backyard customized our granddaughters play set for us, answered all our questions and we loved the February pricing sale! The construction crew did a great job and when we spotted a couple small issues, they sent a person to make the corrections (we live 2 hours from Des Moines!) They were awesome from beginning to end.

We have purchased a playset and a basketball hoop from here and both are great quality. The derecho did a little damage to our playset and they have come out to fix it without charge. Very impressive customer service. Thank you.

I really wanted to like this place, but after building a play set in the store and picking exactly what I wanted, they brought out a completely different play set and installed it without my permission. Once I realized I didn’t get what I paid for and reached out to the store, they told me they had to change it because they weren’t able to install what I had been promised. I guess they feel that’s their right. Be careful what you pay for!!
