He was able to graciously answer all my questions, from the condition of the car to sending out the paperwork. He was also very accommodating, being that I am out of state, he let my friend inspect the car on my behalf and bring the car to BMW of Des Moines for a pre-purchase inspection.

“I hadn't had a chance to post about my experience here since my car accident but they fixed my car march 20th 2024 I was very satisfied with their services not only are the local and family owned but they care about the service they provide you, in my younger years they had fixed a fender bender I had and that was seamless and smooth then this recent year I had a car accident someone had hit me and they ended up repairing all the damage from that driver, I was super happy with there work ethic they let me know when it was ready for pickup I definitely recommend them they are top notch and have been doing repairs for as long as I can remember I will be going back if needed and recommending others it was a 5 stars from me and thank you so much for the time and effort you had put into taking care of not only just a car but a car that held many memories and experiences and was lucky enough to keep I truely thought it would not be repairable and they did it! “These guys are great. My Silverado got door dinged hard enough it dented the door top and bottom and scuffed the paint. Estimate was quick and they got me in right away. On the actual service day I asked them about a couple small other dings (one on hood and one on drivers from fender and they fixed them for only a little bit more. Only had it 1/2 day and done.”

“On December 31, I ordered several items online from NAPA on 100th St in Urbandale, IA. After completing the card transaction, I called the company and thought I canceled the order - I needed to pick it up at a different location. I put in the new online order and picked at the new location the next day. I never did check to see if the original payment had been refunded. Yesterday, February 16, I got a call from Juan at the Urbandale store. He asked me about the order and he had determined that my original order had not been picked up and he couldn't find a refund for the order. He asked me to check my records, and I found that there was no refund on my card. Juan called me again this morning to check and I told him that I had not received a refund. He asked me to come in to the store to get it straightened out. After he found out that I lived 30 miles away, he took the information over the phone and processed the refund.I was impressed at Juan's diligence - it's rare to see that kind of customer service. He made several calls of his own accord, and stayed with it until he resolved a problem I didn't even know I had. This was the best customer service experience that I've had in quite a while - I hope NAPA appreciates the valuable asset they have in Juan. I will be a repeat customer at this store.”
“"The Service Guy who immediately came out and tried to help me was very nice and accommodating. He let me keep my old car parked inside, in the warmth, while he helpfully escorted me inside to find Jeremy because I needed my car officially appraised, and I mentioned how I had been e-mailing back and forth with Jeremy recently. As always, Jeremy was an absolute rockstar! Nick was awesome too! All things considered, I went in to, hopefully, get the software for my radio updated so that I could finally stream music again. Much to my chagrin, it was not updatable. I did not want to pay $1,500 to replace it on an eight-year-old car, which I drove for over seven years and put close to 120,000 miles on. So, before I knew it, my Mazda 6 was getting appraised, and Jeremy and I were swiftly crunching numbers. The entire process ran like an extremely well-oiled machine. All things considered, it was a phenomenal experience all the way around! And, I did, in fact, leave with a functioning radio... in my brand new beautiful 2024 CX-5 with the best color Mazda paint currently has available and hot pink accent stitching on my black leather seats! (Yes, I know it is actually red. Jeremy did his best to correct me, but I still see hot pink and that was how I knew that it was the perfect vehicle for me!) All in all, it was an absolute win! I was able to stream music on my way home, and I upgraded to yet another Mazda. This is the fourth new Mazda vehicle I have purchased in my lifetime. Every time, I am amazed that not everyone wants to drive Mazda exclusively. Hands down, I always love my Mazdas, and I cannot imagine ever driving anything else. When it comes time for a new Mazda or a second one when my son gets old enough to drive, I will definitely be back! I hope Jeremy and Nick and the entire amazing team are all there to help me purchase my next car too! I liked everything about my experience. I missed Lunch, so thank you for the three granola bars I ate while I minimally waited for my financing to be secured and thank you also for the two cans of complimentary Coke. I cannot wait to be back for my free oil changes. Everything was phenomenal! Trust me, I would love to tell you if it was not. My previous experiences made me vow to never return to Ramsey. Luckily, Jeremy convinced me to come in and get my old car appraised and reassured me that the new Service Team is truly wonderful these days. The Service Team hit it out of the park! It was such a 10x better experience than anything I had ever experienced before. Ramsey has completely redeemed themselves in my heart, and I cannot wait to send all my friends and family out to get their own new Mazdas! Keep doing what you are doing! Only store in town who had it in stock, thank goodness! Friendly and fast service for me! Can't complain.”

“I had an excellent experience working with this shop. I wanted to “freshen-up” my 2011 Toyota Tundra by replacing a number of moldings. They were originally black and had become light gray over the years. Chad researched, found, and ordered window moldings, roof moldings, and cowl. Once all the parts had arrived, the technician Sergio had me in & out in one afternoon with everything installed. In addition, Abby at the front desk kept me well informed on the parts as they arrived (being so old, the parts came in from several areas of the country). Obviously this was not a big project, but the Lithia staff was very accommodating.”

All the employees we encountered there were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend going there to service your Chevrolet and buy.”
