I had an excellent experience at the Urbandale location. Alex, John, Justin, and Garrett were so awesome in helping me deal with 10 years of neck pain and increase my range of motion. They gave me the tools to manage my pain better and they are friendly and fun. Thanks guys!

I have nothing but praise for the guys at ATI Physical Therapy in Urbandale. John, Justin and Garrett were all great to work with. They were not only 100% invested my shoulder rehabilitation but also me as a person. Their first and primary goal was my shoulder therapy. The added benefit was how much I enjoyed just being there.

These guys are great. John, Justin and Garrett are helping me gain great progress recovering from a broken ankle and related surgery. Very good about answering questions and keeping me informed of steps and progress in the recovery process as well as promoting pleasant environment to exercise in. With a broken ankle, every day is leg day and this place makes leg day not totally suck.

The physical therapists are very helpful and encouraging. I anticipate my appointments because they stretch my arm out in ways that I can’t. I feel like I’m in good hands and I am gonna be able to slowly but surely, safely recover from the surgery.

All the PT guys at the Urbandale, Iowa location SUPERB! They know how to get you back into shape---better than before! I had back problems due to arthritis. As a very physically fit 71 year old, I did not know how PT was going to get me back into shape. I have been working out at Planet Fitness now for almost 6 years, and I get a better/harder workout at ATI then in my gym! Well, after 2 months of PT, I am ready to "graduate!" Follow their guidance and commit to strive for your goal. You will achieve it!

I was experiencing back pain and range of motion issues. A friend recommended ATI. John was able to get me back to where I needed to be physically. Professional staff, nice clean facility, centrally located.

After hurting my shoulder, my doctor recommended ATI Physical Therapy for my improvement. I did 4 weeks of PT and I highly recommend it. ATI has a team of professionals who helped me with all my evolution after my injury. A well-trained staff to help their patients in every way possible. I have a special thanks to Dr. John and Justin. Because of them today I have my shoulder like new. I recommend!

After 8 months of multiple chiropractic visits and multiple chiropractors, John/Justin got my chronic neck pain across the line. I thought I was going to have to have survey or something. I wish I would have found them sooner. So very grateful to them!! 5 STARS guys!!

John did a great job of continuing to ask questions and gain an understanding of what was causing my pain. And from there he kept updating my therapy plan to adjust for how my body was responding. Overall great to work with!

Clean facility. John is very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my problem, provided a game plan of therapy tools and easy movements that fixed the issue fast. It's not magic; you get out what you put in. I'm back to running without pain. Definitely recommend John and API.
