Wonderful,amazing customer service!!!! My Cpap machine stopped working on Saturday and I called the next day, just thinking I would leave a message and hear back on Monday, but the lady that answered their answering service was Wonderful. She got ahold of the on call lady and after talking me through some troubleshooting she determined I needed a new power cord which she brought to me that day, she even was willing to drop it off at my mother in laws house since I was at work so it wouldn't be sitting out on my porch all evening. Everyone I have met working with this company has been super sweet and very knowledgeable. Thank you all for everything.

Customer for 2-3 years.Orders are correct and on time delivery about 75%I have driven in to return wrong item get the correct item once. Three times I've had the wrong item shipped.They charge medicare 15 dollars for two items (dreamstation two fine filters) that I can get fifty two of these items from Amazon for the same price.A few times when one item was on back-order they didn't ship the other parts of the order until the back-order came in two weeks later.One time the completely dropped my order and I had to call them a week later say "Where is it?" When this order arrived it again included a wrong item. So late because they lost my first order and wrong and overpriced.I would get better service from Amazon.Their after hours phone is just to tell you that they are closed and will not take a message.I think this was my last order with ACS. Maybe I will contact my insurance provider and Medicare.

ACS Medical has been the best CPAP provider I have ever used in the metro. I was having troubles with competitors in the area not answering their phones, and sending me through loopholes to get what I needed. The service from ACS has been TOP NOTCH in helping me get fitted correctly (other suppliers failed to do so) and help with understanding my insurance/deductibles. The smiles I receive when walking into their office make me feel welcomed and I am happy to say I’m a customer for life! Thank you ACS for helping me sleep better at night!

This company was absolutely amazing they followed up with me right away and got me scheduled for my cpap machine. The therapist was super nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend it seems like they truly care to help me with my sleep!

Traveling and had an issue with my cpap hose called Acs medical and was able to replace my hose with no hassle. What a great experience. Very friendly and fast service. Would recommend this business to everyone. Wish i could give them more stars. Thank you for the great service.

I was referred to ACS medical for a CPAP machine which I'm told are in short supply. While it was nice they had one for me right away, I wish I would have waited to get one from a better company.ACS has wasted my time and my insurance company's money 2x on masks fitting which were complete jokes. During these fittings they neither measured my head nor let me try anything on. They also never asked me any questions about how I sleep and only gave me a few choices when there are at least a dozen to choose from.I'm am now stuck with 2 masks that are ill fitting and incompatible with the way I sleep. Thus, I've had little reprieve from my sleep apnea, more troubles sleeping, and insurance that is unable to help me again for several months.

I would not recommend working with ACS. They mailed me the wrong equipment, after I had told them I would pick it up to avoid any issues. I requested to sign up for autopay, but bills from previous months were never charged, and a large bill was charged twice. Too many phone calls and too many office visits to fix numerous issues.

My case was somewhat challenging because I'd previously been with another provider, but ACS took me on and Mike went to a lot of work to get things set up for me. I'm sooooo much happier with the machine and the service I'm getting with ACS. I highly recommend them.

When Nucara wanted $186 for a new Cpap mask, saying that the insurance company set the price. ACS worked with me. I got the mask and a consultation for $115. They now have my business. Bye Nucara you price gouging nitwits.

Dishonest & gave my newly diagnosed family member a used CPAP machine, twice! We had an appt scheduled to pick up the device and go over how to use it. We never even considered they would give something used (especially not during covid) but when they brought the device out to us you could see a stain right away on the carrying case, then 2 black hairs & dried water spots on the machine itself. I never did see a box or any plastic and asked them if it was used? They said yes but very gently and that it was disinfected. I told them right away no, this is their very first machine & with COVID a used device is just completely unacceptable!They tried to get us to take it but when I insisted they finally agreed to give us a new one. I thought it was strange that when she took back the machine to go get a 'new' one, she left the carrying case and cord behind. Sure enough when she came back with the 'new' one there was again no box, no plastic, no new cord or bag, it was just the device itself in her hand. She started to put the old cord & carrying case she left behind with it and it was then that I saw yet another black hair on the supposed 'new' device! At that point we were done, it was clear they were absolutely lying and trying to pretend these were new devices! Every new device comes with it's own cord and carrying bag so that alone tipped us off. We got straight up and LEFT. A few days later we went to another place that was willing to give us a truly new device and PROVE IT by keeping it sealed in it's original box with all it's plastic.We also learned how to verify if it's truly new by matching up the serial number on the cardboard box to the serial number on the bottom of the actual machine AND by going into the menu settings and checking to see how many hours it has ran total in it's lifetime (which can't ever be reset so it should be zero). I made sure to let the sleep clinic know what ACS did and they were equally horrified and will not be recommending them anymore to patients.

I had to leave a review after reading LM’s review because my experience was vastly different. ACS Medical was able to get me in quickly. They set me up with all the information I needed for my therapy, they followed up with me and made sure that I was using therapy and met all compliancy with my insurance. I did not find that the machine or equipment had any issues. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
