I called them today for power that was fading on and off. They sent a truck over and the worker checked the REC side and the part that was my responsibility. He was able to fix a shoddy repair done by an electrician last January. I am very grateful. I called a local electrician and never heard back. REC went above and beyond for me. Thank you!

Much, much happier with the cost of my electric service and the reliability of their grid compared to "another utility" that I've always had the rest of my life. Love that they are keeping up with the big companies in technology.

AKA mafia.... Got shut off for a $181 bill, my fault. They are demanding $540 to turn it back on!!! Very rude customer service. Steve Marlow the CEO who is also a very smug man, informed me that the business is a monopoly!!!! Wow!!! Small town Mafia!!!!
Update- I paid them their money, they turned power back on. 2 days later I lose power and call their answering service and am informed that I haven't been disconnected but they can send a tech out for $100. I wait till the next day and notice I don't have a meter! Call the office and sure enough they "accidently" dispatched the disconnect. UNREAL
