Jeff Andersen aka "Paco" goes above and beyond without the price gouging excuses many businesses took advantage of in the past years. Paco generously resolved an issue that came up with one tire. I was willing to pay for a replacement tire because I know material issues do happen. It only took an additional day to receive a new tire and install.
Paco's Tire was recommended to me as a local business owner. I'm glad they did. They provide tire service for cars, pickup trucks, semis and up to large farm implements. Nothing is too big for Paco to repair.
A long time ago I replaced the tires on my first car. I went to F1re5t0ne thinking they were a large chain and a company that could be trusted. I didn't have any experience with the cost of car maintenance at the time. F1re5t0ne charged $700 for a set of Michelins in the late 80s by upcharging for unnecessary extras. Being in college at the time that pretty much broke the piggy bank.
I NEVER went back to F1re5t0ne and advised everyone in the 40 years afterward to avoid them too.
I highly recommend Paco's Tire in Underwood IA. I wouldn't go elsewhere.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! The absolute best service I have ever received in my 29 years on this planet.
We’d been driving this partial electric 2021 bmw across the country to move my younger brother from CA to WI. As soon as we hit Iowa, we realized we had a tire leaking air. Filled it up a couple times before we could finally find a shop that would help us out. The vehicle has run flat tires, thankfully enough for us, as they allowed us to still drive a bit further. Unlucky for us, not many people can do anything about these tires in this area. Whilst calling around, we got through to a lovely receptionist at Paco’s Tires who said they could take a look and see what they could do for us. Well unfortunately they didn’t have the correct size tire in stock. However, Paco himself, drove to go pick one up and let us know it’d probably be done in an hour or so. While we waited, Paco and the guys hooked us up with some lawn chairs so we could enjoy the weather outside, and one of the other shop guys brought us out some cold beverages. Great hospitality, and great service. God bless them all! Couldn’t thank them enough, they were amazing.

I needed to change a tire on my semi truck trailer. It took about 30 minutes. It was very fast and not expensive.

The owner went out of his way, at closing time, to call around and find us new tires from a local tire store when we ended up with a flat on the highway. Extremely nice guy would highly recommend.

Top notch service at a reasonable rate. My college age child was towed to this location after a flat on I80. They were able to get him in, a new tire and back on the road quickly. Appreciate their efforts on short notice and just prior to closing time. Highly recommend!

Paco is the best he did quick work of my wife’s tires over the weekend (drop off Friday and pickup Saturday) I highly recommend doing business here he’s a super professional businessman and an even greater person !

We are from New Zealand travelling USA in a rented Mustang. We had a soft back tyre. Drove in and immediately assessed and repaired a nail puncture to get us back on our route to Chicago

We sat at Casey's in Minden all day waiting for AAA to come we called them1 :45 we ended up cancelling and staying overnight we called Paco's in the morning and he got 2 RV tires and came right out and changed rims got them on we off to N.Y. thank you Thank you the Millers
