We stopped at your station after dropping off my grandpa at assisted living for a bathroom break and a water before our hour drive home. The boys waited outside the door for each other to use the restroom. You must have been closing at 9 which we didn't realize at the time. When they were in the restroom, some enployees were making fun of them and telling them to hurry. They could hear the banter from inside the restroom. They returned to the vehicle saying your station had the rudest people. I am so sad to hear that since many of our family members live in Traer and we have visited this town for years and years. What a sad experience!! If another place is open, we will be sure to stop somewhere else in the future.

The "91" gas pump doesn't shut off when your car is full!!! Watch while your pumping!! Pumps are super slow and suck!! Will try NOT to do business there!!

I had been spending around $140 dollars a month here buying gas. I am often not able to get a receipt due to technical issues with the pumps; when addressed I am always told "all we can do is inform the manager" and it has not been resolved. First time; this month the pump did not shut off and over-filled my gas tank, I later saw a bag over the pump. Second time later in the month the pump didn't shut off gasoline was spilled all over my car and the ground. I reported this, again I was told "all we can do is inform the manager". They do not maintain their pumps and it has no caused them to lose a customer.
