I called early June to make an appointment. I scheduled for a Wed. She asked that if I needed to cancel that I would call and cancel the appointment. I found out Monday night around 11:30 PM that I would have to work that overtime on the Wed of my appointment so I called her early Tuesday morning to cancel and apologized to. I called today to schedule an appointment with her using days i knew I wouldn't have a conflict and once I gave her my name and phone number she said didn't you make and appointment with me before. I said yes I did I had to cancel because i had to work over that day and that my job only notices me a day or two in advance. She said well that is unfair to me. I said I understand that but I can't help when my job forces me over I'm sorry I had to cancel. I said if you don't want to do to do I guess I can find some where else. she replied you can just find somewhere else and hung up on me. I understand places are appointment only right now but this was uncalled for and unprofessional. I called as soon as I could. So if your not already her client skip her and save your self the trouble if you might have to cancel for any reason.
