Called a few minutes before closing time hoping to get in and get a part. Devin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He could have been in a hurry to get out of there but he took care of us.

The other day I had a pulley break apart on my van on Interstate 80, the closest auto parts place was O'Reilly's in Tipton Iowa. Being a very small town I wasn't sure if they would have everything that I needed but to my pleasant surprise they had all the parts I needed and were able to loan me the tools to swap this part out and get me back on the roadThe best way that I can describe the service that I got from Jacob and Tim was that it felt like I broke down right next to a friend's house. They went over and above to get me back on the road quickly, it was truly one of the best experiences I have had at any auto parts store in my 55 years and I traveled on the road for 30 years so I have been to many many Auto Parts places, so I just wanted to say thank you to both of you and to whoever owns that particular O'Reilly's you got some good ones there hang on to them.

The employees working at the Tipton O'Reilly Auto Parts store go above and beyond expectations! Everyone working there is always extremely helpful, polite and courteous. They always have the parts I need at reasonable prices and if they don't they are always more the willing to order them for me. Highly recommend for all your auto parts needs.
