Reached out to their technical department to find a replacement engine for my self propelled Husqvarna mower. They responded with a selection of motors and I went with the Honda. Perfect fit.Much appreciated.

Unbelievable experience-- we purchased a generator from you all on Amazon, and after trying to contact you for the last 3 months no one has answered. The generator you sent us is defective and we spent about $7,000. We need a refund ASAP.

Great sales response to fit you with right product, unfortunately was sent a new Briggs motor with an oil leak. After the installation and running for the first time noticed a considerable amount of oil on the lower casement, couldn’t find the exact location myself. After being instructed to bring to my local authorized repair ctr. They found a faulty assembled valve that was leaking oil (easy fix), however was charged 49.00 for their diagnostic efforts. Good thing I had my own truck/ramps or would have been stuck with the cost of pickup and delivery as well. So no help from new engines on this matter, all time and cost was my responsibility for a new motor. So that being said I was really surprised with their response, (there’s nothing we can do), they should have reimbursed for the cost and trouble. Buy a new motor and take it to get fixed, Silly don’t you think…..I’ll gladly forward the response from Stacy at your company if you would provide contact information, I’m surprised you couldn’t find anything it’s all new please advise

Did a engine swap from 22hp to 31hp with fuel injection and they emailed me all the wiring and dimensional specs I needed .Ordered engine on Saturday and received the following Wednesday. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I ordered parts for my Toro mower on Jan 21, 2021 but have not gotten anything as yet. It was supposed to arrive on Jan 27. USPS has no record of picking it up. I ordered through Amazon. I have attempted to contact this seller several times and no reply. I tried calling 3 times today and when you punch in the extension the operator thanks you for calling and then says goodbye and hangs up. Not sure they are still in business. Won’t buy from them again.

I bought a NEW snapper riding lawn mower from you and first I did not realize it was overpriced by $200. and I received it with three out of the four wheels flat and off of the rim, had to go to a mechanic shop to get them fixed and install them myself battery was not installed there was oil in the engine and the engine plastic shield was cracked. The nuts and bolts for the tires were not the same and had obviously been replaced with older ones, one of the bushings on the wheel was missing as well. When I called to complain, they said they would do nothing and it was infact, brand new. Now I have used the mower only several times and the transmission seems to be slipping because it's intermittently not moving forward.

I ordered a Husqvarna ST224 Snowblower from these folks. $1,129. It came to me non-functional -wheels are not driven. Drive shaft is not complete - it just hangs. Customer service says that they cannot take it back because I've put gas in it. Take it to a local dealer for service. Local service has to ship it off to another city. Meanwhile I need to hoist up the 280lb. machine into my truck and get it to the Ace Hardware to let them take care of it? It'll be Spring before I can use it if I'm lucky. Don't do business with these people!

So thankful for this business! We were desperately needing a generator. We live in the Cedar Rapids area. The power will be out for awhile after the 100 mile an hour winds hit yesterday! We were able to find generators here! Good service too! We are grateful!
