Product not complete and packaged poorly. Received damaged. They claim shipping but when the container was opened it was obvious it was repackaged.

Reached out to their technical department to find a replacement engine for my self propelled Husqvarna mower. They responded with a selection of motors and I went with the Honda. Perfect fit.Much appreciated.

Unbelievable experience-- we purchased a generator from you all on Amazon, and after trying to contact you for the last 3 months no one has answered. The generator you sent us is defective and we spent about $7,000. We need a refund ASAP.
