Why would they close at 4?! Isn’t that when most people get off of work? why not 6 SO inconvenient that I have to take time off of work for a silly package

My package was either stolen or they deliver to the wrong address.They place a key in my mail box when I open USPS mail box there nothing in there. Yet my order say delivered. Second time this happened. Still No package.

Postmaster went above and beyond to help me locate a package containing my daughter's Halloween costume. Our mail is handled through the Coralville office who routinely makes errors and will not answer their phones. He physically went out and figured out where it ended up and placed at my door. I am so appreciative!
