We recently hit a deer with our vehicle and after spending most of the day trying to find a mechanic that would at least be able to tell me if my vehicle was safe to drive that day, I called PB Body Shop and they should have been my first call, because that would have saved me a ton of time that day. They told me to stop by anytime and they'd take a look at it. When I got there, Tom spent a good 30 minutes with me talking over the damage and explaining why he considered it safe to drive. He even discussed areas that could be a concern and what to watch out for. After the assessment, he was able to get me scheduled to get the vehicle repaired in about 10 days, which was less than half the time I was getting from other places in the area. Tom negotiated everything with insurance and by the next day was already ordering parts. He initially gave a 2 week estimate for the repairs and only missed that by a couple of days due to a part being held up in shipping. He did communicate these delays and provided updates daily around and after the expected completion date. Overall the service and level of care for the customer was above and beyond what I would have expected and will definitely return for any body shop needs in the future.Service: Body & Trim

We have been taking our vehicles to PB Body Shop for decades. Always very happy with the work they do and they are very nice to deal with. Once the paint started pealing on the hood about a year after they painted it. I brought it back and Steve looked at it. He couldn't figure out why is was pealing, but he setup an appointment and redid it at no charge. It does not get any better than that. Another time the insurance company figured the wrong windshield. The one we needed cost more. They called the insurance company and got them to pay for the correct windshield. I didn't have to deal with it. Why go anyplace else?

Had an amazing experience with this shop! Got a part ordered for my Insight, had it replaced quickly.When trouble came around later with an undercarriage panel, they took care of it on the spot and had me on my way in 15 minutes without any heads up or appointment. Really great people!
