Karen Meredith has been an agent at Echovision INC over 15 years and makes keeping US Cellular worth having. While all of the agents try to help, Karen is thorough and makes sure you fully understand every aspect of your visit with her. I would have dropped Us cellular a decade ago if she wasnt employed there, as I'm sure many of her customers would agree. If you have a problem she gets to the resolution and has yet to leave anything unresolved for me. How she doesnt own her own store by now is beyond me. . Keep up the great work Keke. Also wanted to mention I do love Nichole and the new girl Carrie. They are more than informed on their trade and will help you with no issues.... I avoid everyone else from past experiences...

I love this store and especially Karen who always goes above and beyond to take GREAT care of me!! I moved to Dubuque seven years ago, but I learned my lesson quickly that not all locations are like Echovision in Sumner. No high pressure sales, just good old fashioned genuine customer service! I’d give them more than five stars if possible.

Karen Meredith and Nichole Wagner are the absolute best people that you could have on your side at us cellular. They are knowledgeable and efficient. Karen was the first us cellular agent echovision hired and now they have 5 or 6 stores now, WAY TO GO KAREN! Definitely wouldn't go to anyone else for phone or accessories.
