Everyone was nice except for Jake. He came out and said(I hear you are mean)???? Not a way to start a conversation… He treated us like we were old and stupid. Kept Raising his voice and arguing!!!!

Love that my vehicle came with free oil changes for life. The service is fast, even when there’s a line of people in front of you, I’ve never had to wait too long. The staff are alway friendly.

I have to thank Matt and Crystal at the Service Dept in Stuart. I had a tire blow out on the highway close to their exit. I’m from out of town, so no, I didn’t even buy my vehicle from Karl’s. But regardless. Matt and Crystal worked with Kinzie Tire Service to get a replacement for a cracked wheel and new tire, and get me on my way. The incredible part of it is that no one had either the tire or wheel. Karl’s Service didn’t even get the Service business from me. I had already been working with Kinzie, but had no way to get the wheel once we found it. That’s where Karl’s Service came to the rescue. Great people, superb service - THANK YOU BOTH!
