This place deserves 100 stars, they saved my day. I was stranded at Kwick Star, called them up and Dan had the starter and tools needed on hand, plus he delivered it to me so I didn't have to walk. It worked perfectly and I was on my way after I installed it. Amazing service and thank you all so much!!!!! Also thank you Dan, you rock!

Our truck broke down outside of Story City while on our way to Okoboji from Marshalltown, and it was about 15 min before they were closing.(and about 95° outside and we had our two dogs with us) Jack answered the phone and my husband asked if he had the part and if he was able to drop it off to us. He was so nice and THANKFULLY they had the part and he said no problem that we were stopped in a spot he had to drive right by on his way home. We paid over the phone and he told us he would be there in about 15 min. He pulled up and immediately asked if we needed any waters. Jack did not have to deliver those parts to us, he was closing and I am sure just wanted to go home. We are so thankful that he did us this amazing favor. It really is nice to see that there are nice kind people left in the world. Thank you so much Jack we will never be able to thank you enough!!!
