“Location is great for me. I love that tanning & spa beds are part of the membership. I like that the treadmills have angled handle bars w/ function keys for easy adjustment in speed & incline. The variety of areas and machines is a bonus. I haven't had to wait to use any machines. Relaxation rooms are always available or only a short wait to use.”

“I am new in this area year ago and I signed up for this fittness center. They let you put the membership on hold if you go away for more than a month. This is a plus for me since I live two different States . This is a very clean facility and big enough for me. There has pool and lots of classes. I tried few of their classes. To me, The best instructor is Michelle F. She teaches Yoga every Thursday at 9:30. She is a trainer as well as a yoga instructor. She is really good at what she is doing. Her yoga class always full of students because she always teach you something new. She never leave any silence and always keep guiding you through her knowledgeable skill by telling you what to do and why is that. I really enjoy her classes. The rest of the staffs are very polite and nice too. The membership department Amy and Berth are very friendly and helpful. Overall. I really happy that I found this place.”
