I can not say enough positives for Great Western Banks and especially the Story City branch. My mortgage company double posted my payment which quickly escalated negatively on my checking account. I contacted the bank immediately and spoke with Michaela, who remained calm and professional and worked quickly to remedy this horrible situation. Thank you again, Mary.

These people are heartless the lady i spoke with could not give a care that I had auto problems I was paying the overdraft back but now they are not getting another dime

Bad bank there is a lady there who was rude she needs to be fired this bank location needs to understand customers go through hard time like me I was paying back overdraft this location is heartless do not go there
