Every time my tracking says arrived pick up at the post office they seem to misplaced it. Every Time! It takes another day or two before they show up. Just today my package was available for pick up at 8:29. I went in at 10:10 and no package was found. My Granddaughter was so upset because it was for her. Time after time this happens. I get excuses why they can't do there job correctly. No wonder they are losing money. People are tired of this.

I give two stars only because Donna is always in a good mode never rude like everyone else and respectful. On the other hand idk his name some older tall man works there with his rude attitude when a worker asked to attend me he looked at me and walked away. But yet they’re so nice to other “white looking” people yeah I said it oh well.

They lost my package, and would never have a representative available to speak with me. I tried to use the call back feature and waited over and hour and a half to receive no call back. Very disappointed!

If I could put zero stars I would. The most unhelpful, grouchy, disgruntled employees work here. I've never once had a good experience with the workers at the counter. Thank goodness UPS opened a store front in Storm Lake, 'cuz after today I'm done sending packages with USPS.

Staff is usually rude. It always seems like you are a hassle to them by even setting foot in the door, especially if you want to send an international package. Half the time they don't understand how to actually enter info in their computers, and they will always be upset with you if you go up to the counter without a customs claim already filled out... except they don't offer the customs claims paperwork somewhere to grab before you go up to the counter. You would think in a town like this they would know how to handle international shipments. It's a shame that this post office is the only local place to go in to ship something. I avoid going in here if I can help it.
