It’s very short staffed. I go in once a month to make a payment and there’s usually one or two people working and wait time is always more than 30 minutes just to make a payment. The staff usually finishes what they’re doing before moving on to the next customer. They will not help you if you just need to make a payment. Payments are usually quicker than servicing stuff. They should strategize and try to get customers helped and out as soon as they can. Very poor performance here. 30+ minutes just so they can get to me and process a payment that takes less than 5 minutes. I once stood around and waited while a staff member cleaned someone’s speakers on their phone; then after it was cleaned she called me and asked me what I needed. Could’ve easily stopped the speaker cleaning to process a payment then continue with the cleaning. I get it that they are owning the customer from start to finish, but at the cost of having the whole store fill up with customers standing around and waiting. This specific location needs a lot of help.

The atmosphere some of the workers bring to this place are so dull, non welcoming, & unprofessional. The person we worked with to update a phone & move a number to its own account was not friendly & didn't seem to be happy to help us. When I realized there was no talk about storage of the new phone, I called to question & have it changed. She made it sound like it was my fault when she is the one that should be giving me all the options. It was just one of the worst experiences I've have had with one of their employees.

My wife called at 9:57 and someone answered but told my wife to call back in 3 mins when they open. Terrible customer service.
