I had appointment went in they got started right away but the lady doing my nails disappeared I waited and asked where did she go then I turned around and she was giving someone else a pedicure it pissed me off needless to say I got up and walked out.

Excellent service. My daughter needed her nails done in a hurry. They fitted her into their schedule. We will be back. Thank you again.
Cleanliness: Very clean environment.
Stylist: The young lady they helped my daughter, was very good.

Waited 55 minutes with my feet IN water for a (maybe) 10 minute pedicure WITH a reservation. Very little foot prep. I cannot even say for sure if a base coat was used. My friends all received 45 minutes-1 hour for their pedis. The only difference in ours is I requested regular polish, not shellac. I understand the polish time is different, but not 40 minutes different. After driving 40 minutes I am beyond disappointed in the waste of time

Nails came out lumpy & thick because she didn’t coat my French nails throughly & had to apply 4 layers. Also didn’t clean my cuticles. Think they could maybe be more sanitary.Service: Acrylic nails

I've had Kathy the last few times I've gone in with my sister who gets dip, (I get acrylic) and she has been the BEST! I always leave happy and feeling so refreshed with my nails looking amazing every time! If you're looking to get your nails done, ask for Kathy!

I went there for the first time it was very busy but they had it all under control and no one sat and waited for long. I had great service people very nice and they actually cared and they have great massage chairs!
