“I'm only giving 5 stars to waylon in the automotive center. He helped us more than the other 3 guys just standing there. I was broke down 9 hrs from home with a flat ans spencer iowa sent me to storm lake because they did not have my tire. They put my spare in and I arrive at storm lake. I asked the guys if they would put my spare back where it belongs when they were finished. They told me they could if I had the tool which I did. When my van was finished I went out to my van only to find my spare laid in the back of my van on top of all my traveling belongings. I went in and waylon immediately came out and put my spare back. He also check all of my tires because they were showing low still. I hope you guys know that he is a great worker and is more concerned about his customers than the work he has to put in. The other guys working need to pay attention to waylon and learn that great customer service will get you somewhere and not doing what customers ask for just makes you look lazy and all your wanting is a paycheck! Please make sure waylon knows how much we appreciate him for getting us back on the road!”

“recently switched pharmacies From local pharmacy that kept "losing" refill requests or not requesting refills to this Walgreens. I have to drive a little more but totally worth it. If I need the refills faster they make it work, and have yet to lose a script. employees are friendly and extremely helpful. keep up the great work.... love this place!”
