Worst Napa store I have ever been to in my 40 years of using them for parts. Will never step in that store again!

Gabriel as a manager could care less about his job. Have a semi broke down in Storm Lake Ia 1.5 miles away from NAPA. After over an hour of nobody showing up with parts which they said they’d be there in five minutes my driver called store back. Yep parts sitting on the counter and the delivery person is gone for the day so we’re not delivering them. Are you kidding me. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve had in years at any store. Excuse after excuse. Avoid this Napa store at all means.

Worst service. Very unprofessional. Greasy bum behind the counter with no shirt on. I waited until everyone ahead of me was taken care of and then the counter people ignored me as hard as they could. No eye contact. No "Can we help you?" Nothing. Stand behind the counter doing nothing while I stood there with a hydraulic hose in my hand. I will never spend a penny there. NAPA is great everywhere I go until today. What a joke.

Everytime we go in I can't use my rewards account and they never have what we need but online shows available in store. Staff has been rude to me everytime I go in. One of managers snapped at me told me she couldn't help me she had more important stuff to do.
