Bought a 2013 Ford, within a week “transmission failure, service now” pops up, so I take it directly to Luis who sold me the car to see what we could figure out, he plus the code reader in, a bunch of codes pop up (like literally 10+), and he deleted them all right in front of me and made every excuse there could possibly be- from “dirty oil” (which the car still had 3k miles left before needed change) to spark plugs, to just bad sensors, I mean everything. Every day a new light was coming on, I was not rough on the car at all within that week, and judging from the way he acted when I brought it back he obviously knew about the issues and I truly believe that he deleted the codes on the car before selling it to me. Not honest business, do NOT recommend.

Luis is very friendly and helpful. Love our Jeep Liberty. I would definitely recommend Iowa Auto Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!
